Because after watching the trailer (though I haven't watched the donghua), the cinematography features many real natural locations. It's quite rare to see a C-drama showcasing panoramic views of various natural spots like this. Usually, they rely on CGI for their fantasy city.

Watching the trailer feels like watching a National Geographic documentary.

Why is Yi Wenjun so selfish?

In DY or even in BOY when she is older, she still selfish. Even when there is an incident that could destroy the city, she prefers to remain silent. Her character really makes me uncomfortable.

With the same universe, Blood of Youth is much better than Dashing Youth.

Neo's character here is a spoiled young master, in my opinion he is naive, unwise, and has little respect for his elders or seniors.

This is truly excellent storytelling, using metaphors and tying them together with cause and effect. If we don't pay attention to these small details, we might simply regard those metaphorical scenes as mere fillers. And I like this calm and elegant storytelling.
