Interesting question, not a novel reader, but I think in this case it is unlikely since I heard the FL raised to be a dignified (yet spoiled) young lady of the high society and her marriage is treated as a highly important business transaction, hence I guess her family and the FL herself will, at least, keep her chastity until marriage. I mean, I think they will try everything they could to avoid any scandal especially if marrying FL off is treated as lucrative deal in a business sense. Not sure about former lover though.

Li Zhuoyang definitely nailed the romance part, I am impressed by his gaze and how his eye just showed adoration and yearning while looking at He Tiantian. He is stunning and talented, he has potential and I wish to see him more in a longer drama.
