This is my review of the series. The plot is really interesting, but I feel it wasn’t executed well, though it’s still entertaining. I really love the friendship between Yu Dule and Gu Yi—he’s so protective of her. The arc of Gu Yi’s mom is just so painful.

As for the acting, all the actors did really well, but Shen Yue stands out in this drama. Her presence on screen is commanding, and she has improved so much. The cinematography is top-notch; it honestly feels like I'm not watching a Chinese drama—it’s just so good! The music and OST fit so well with the scenes, and I just love it.

I would rate it 8.5/10. It's recommendable, but I doubt you’d want to watch it again because it’s quite long.
