Overall, I enjoyed Good Partner quite a bit, though I found most of the courtroom cases pretty tedious. The show was at its best when focusing on the relationship between Cha Eun-Kyung and Han Yu-Ri, along with Cha Eun-Kyung's divorce storyline, but that arc wrapped up by episode 10. I'm not sure what a second season would even accomplish.
