When people aren’t ready to accept the truth, nothing you say will change their minds. Sometimes the best thing you can do is let them stay in their own mindset and protect your own peace.

At the end of the day, the company reviewed everything and still chose to move forward with him. Whether it’s in the Philippines or Korea, he’s still working and still earning. That’s reality, regardless of how anyone feels about it.
