Even when I only watched first few episodes, I knew I was going to hooked up with this series. The atmosphere felt so nice and warm, the story was drawing you in, characters were all so sweet. I knew I didn't want it to end but it ended so beautifully and I'm so glad to experience this series in this lifetime. Truly a lifechanging experience. It felt like more than Kamen Rider, just a show for morning time, it felt so real, like Yusuke is part of my life, like I was one of the people he touched and changed their lifes.
With the possibilities available at that time, they did make such an amazing show. It's my own thing but cgi or effects didn't bother me much, I still could see cool fight scenes(like THE gun pass) and heartwreching stories. I even loved that there is less effects and a story-heavy show since nowadays kr shows are more effect and cgi heavy. They made up for the bad cgi by making the story top notch. You need to read some lines in between and trust the feelings it gave to you. It is an amazing story.
Yusuke being sweetest man alive aside, the supporting cast with a perfect Kaoru Ichijo was amazing. Grongi also was scary, clever, watching them you'd get nervous without wanting to. Grongi suit designs also were amazing for that time I think.
Kuuga is a series the more you think about it, the more you'll find little cool details about it. A series where not a scene was in vain. Not a dialogue was in vain. And with teachings it gave, it's a lifetime-worthy series and will be with you for a long time... I just finished it. Definitely not being biased(!). I'll defend that Kuuga is the best Kamen Rider forever now.

i give it 9.5 points only because it ended CRIES
First of all the actors, oh my god they were all so amazing the characters they all became my family.The story, both the big picture and the cases were amazing i cried in most of them.
Directing, I loved it especially. they did amazing with the short episodes it was so enjoyable to watch, it was so easy and the atmosphere, the outfits, all were beatiful.
Music, this is how you know this is not just a bromance but they LOVE each other the amount of soft cozy bgms in this i love it so much.
Overall, it was just like a cozy night breeze of a series. I enjoyed every moment of it. I WANT MORE OF IT.
P.S FOR THE FINALE
It is an open ending but it's personally not a problem for me, it was still an amazing ride and I for sure rewatch it. again.
SO YES the final arc was rushed, it has an open ending, it only proves that they have so much to tell and i can only hope that they can have the resources for it. I would watch ten seasons of this.
