These include implementing a "Content Renewal Plan" to enhance content innovation; improving policies governing the number of episodes and the duration of seasonal broadcasts; improving TV drama content review processes, optimizing mechanisms, and increasing efficiency; strengthening the production, broadcast, and promotion of ultra-high-definition programming; bolstering the creation of high-quality documentaries and animated films; encouraging and supporting the broadcast of excellent short-form dramas; and promoting the introduction and broadcast of outstanding overseas programs. Furthermore, relevant laws, regulations, and systems will be strengthened to enhance copyright protection.
The State Administration of Radio, Film and Television will organize, guide and coordinate the provincial (autonomous region, municipal) radio and television bureaus, radio and television stations, production organizations, online audio-visual platforms, the China Radio and Television Social Organization Federation, the China Television Drama Production Industry Association, the China Network Audiovisual Program Service Association and other units to implement the various tasks of the "Several Measures" to achieve more high-quality products, wider dissemination, and a better environment, and better meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the people.
