Chen Fei Yu, known internationally as Arthur Chen, is a Chinese actor. He is the son of director Chen Kai Ge and actress Chen Hong. He attended Tabor Academy, an American private high school, and attended college at the Beijing Film Academy.

In 2010, he made a cameo as the young "King" in the film "Sacrifice" (趙氏孤兒). However, it was not until 2017 that he was cast in his first lead role in the film "Secret Fruit" (秘果), officially entering the entertainment industry. As a promotion for the film, he released his first single, "The Secret Words". In 2018, he played the role of Ning Que in the drama "Ever Night" (将夜), for which he received the Huading Award for Best Actor in a Chinese Costume Drama.

In 2019, he starred in the film "The Best Summer" (最好的我们) for which he won the Best Newcomer Award and the Most Popular Actor Award at the Tokyo International Film Festival and the 11th Macao International Film Festival Golden Lotus Award for Outstanding Newcomer.

In July 2021, he renounced his US citizenship and became a Chinese citizen.

In 2025, he served as the host of the opening ceremony of the 2025 China Golden Rooster and Hundred Flowers Film Festival.

His fan group is known as the Little Universe (小宇宙).
