I've not even watched the drama.I think stalking is a big problem and we shouldn’t just call anybody a stalker.
What matters is the intention behind them following someone. If the girl feels angry and uncomfortable knowing someone is following her, then it's absolutely stalkerish. But if she only feels flustered, I don't think it should be called stalker behavior.
