most kdramas have an issue of poorly developed villains because they always wait till the last minute to reveal…
I don’t think they need all that since it’s a romcom. They should just completely avoid adding villains. Romcoms can still be popular without forced antagonists, take What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim and Business Proposal for example.
Thats terrible logic irrelevant of whether I agree or disagree with the premise that more ppl like the trope or…
That’s exactly why I said if it fits the story. Now, if they show something like “one day he pushed her on the playground when they were kids and they both still remember it” that’s definitely going to flop, because it’s something the writer clearly pulled out of their ass
Fr, the childhood connection is what makes the chemistry more interesting
Y’all find everything creepy these days. Apparently, even kids of the same age talking or meeting is “creepy” to you. Soon, this word will lose its meaning because of people like y’all
People can cry all they want but I actually enjoy the childhood connection trope if it fits the story. Almost all popular dramas have it, which just proves that the number of people who enjoy it is way higher than those who complain about it
Call me a conspiracy theorist but I think some *hardcore* Cdrama fans downvote Kdramas using their multiple accounts. And I’m pretty sure they do have multiple accounts. You can tell by how active they are and how many likes their comments get, even when they’re just arguing with each other.I’ve also noticed how hard they work to boost the ratings for their favorite dramas on this app. I’ve never seen that kind of effort in Kdrama comment sections. Plus, they’re always so quick to accuse others of being fake accounts. I didn’t even know having fake accounts on an anonymous app was a thing until I saw them
7.8 lmao. Now i can see why people are bashing MDL. This is as good as a drama gets balancing both grief and heartwarming…

This actress gives off the same vibes as Oh Yeon Seo, Kwon Nara and Kim Jiwon (back then, she’s absolutely stunning now). I wish someone else had been cast in her role
I really have to applaud certain fandoms doing everything in their power to bring hatred to our tiny community.…
Okay but which fandom are you talking about? Care to enlighten me? I thought it’s always the haters who downvote every romcom without even watching, the ones who think romcoms are silly
You’re just saying anything now after getting busted. Why would I lash out here? You act like you’re better than me lol, while dragging another religion yourself
Lol I’m watching it right now and I’m not even from that faith and it seems you aren’t either. How do you know it’s not mocking anything? The commenter said ""y'll just hate fun” which is why I replied. These days the kidnapper boyfriend trope is trendy, so it would be fun too
I’m watching it now and I feel like giving Genie an ex girlfriend completely ruined the main point of the show. It wasn’t needed at all. The writer just forced it in to fit some random cameos
Plus, they’re always so quick to accuse others of being fake accounts. I didn’t even know having fake accounts on an anonymous app was a thing until I saw them
and why did u edit ur comment?😭
