is that a hallucination or is it real cuz what the in the preview for the ending? I swear after last week with the narrative falling apart I’m only really here cuz i like the leads enough and there were two episodes remaining. I thought there was gonna be more pushback from mawins mom from last week’s preview but nope which I guess is nice
So, I haven’t watched this drama since ep 1 and I’m sure a lot of crazy things have happened. Would you recommend…
it’s in its home stretch. there’s around 35 episodes left. I’d say watch ep1 then skip to 27 when the wedding they tease finally occurs. if you like vengeance stories it could be your thing
you know the leads might not have a massive age gap and she’s older than him irl. The characters they’re portraying have a massive age difference tho. His character 20-30 years older than her character so if she’s meant to return to the present and fall in love with him then whoa. Benefit of the doubt I thought she was meant to be about thirty and he with his grey hair around forty but yikes. At least he’s not her blood uncle but still
been saying that for a while. there’s episodes where it’s mainly about her than anyone else. might as well…
yeah if it’s intentional then mission accomplished but if it’s just well the rest can’t do anything since they barely have info to go on then you could have started having them gather info for a while now
Is Hwa-Young a villain protagonist? Seems like she's the real protagonist and Jang-Mi is the good second FL/heroine.…
been saying that for a while. there’s episodes where it’s mainly about her than anyone else. might as well just have the story be about how she gets away with everything and achieves what she wants
It was fine for what it was. It doesn’t bug me the theme it tried tackling gets lost once the romance gets going. it was a given. It replace made a fan the villain and not some mastermind but I get that wouldn’t be compelling. going in I accepted the main couple but personally I could’ve had her with anyone else or even remain single. I’d suggest Namib for tackling similar themes a tad more. If you liked it more than me which most seem to have that’s fine this is just my opinion
I feel we spent more time on the send off of the dad, where are they now, and ji hyuk than anything else which is fine. I would’ve liked the villain mother getting caught on her stealing and selling gig as well as cooking the dad bad stuff while she cooked herself decent meals. I would have liked to see yeong ra n jiwan become a couple cuz for a while they were the best couple. all in all a great show especially after FEB albeit with a rushed ending that left stuff open ended. I’m also in the camp of anyone else being a donor even the villain after her pills moment but hey.
I didn’t really care for the secondary couple since it was smut most of the time which is fine for those who love that but I will say it was dumb they killed Don. then as i said previously the show falls apart if mawin is anyone else’s. it is not the way to reconcile and save the main couple! I might watch to the end since we’re practically there and I like the main couple enough but what an upset
sounds like the mother dies too which yeah I wondered how long they could keep the actress not doing much every time she’s on screen. I’ve said the show has felt at such a standstill since it’s been in the present. I get the characters against the villain can’t do much without any real info but they keep teasing they’ll learn stuff and don’t. they kept retconning the meeting between jm and hy until it recently happened. occasionally I feel the show is even about the villain and her getting away than the rest. yes she’s a main lead yes she deserves screen time but at times the entire episode is about her
You talking about Doojoon blaming himself for his brother’s death, or his sister-in-law apparently also blaming…
i get it’s something they added and I get people can get hung up on stuff. it’s a personal thing whenever it happens I can’t bring myself to care too much
