Title The Early Spring Spoiler
(ppl called the novel soft porn but it's legit ao3 porn)
For me, the first few episodes, especially up to episode 4, were quite good. I was genuinely enjoying it but after that, it just started going downhill.

I just saw someone comment on Instagram that their relationship is “mature,” so I started watching it without knowing anything about it. Turns out, their version of “mature” is just toxic. 💀

She was initially shown as this naive and innocent girl, but she really went from naive to bold. Like, why the hell didn’t she go home that night? She should’ve just left him alone. She already knew what he was like from the very beginning, yet she still chose to spend time with him. Who called her naive? She’s equally responsible for what she’s going through. If only she had used her brain and never given him a chance, he wouldn’t have been able to hurt and insult her this much. And in the end, she just became another one of his exes. 💀

It’s better that they end up together in the last episode rather than destroying their relationship the moment they start dating, like they do in almost every drama. They’re somehow indirectly dating already and honestly, that’s cute enough. ❀

The funniest thing is that Jihwan was supposed to be just a supporting character, yet somehow he had the impact…
so true

The yacht scene was covered in full right? Shortly after Ji Hwan gave Yeorie the necklace, he found out Min Hwan’s…
And in Episode 11, Ji Hwan suddenly showed up in front of Yeo Ri, and then the scene was immediately cut to something else. I thought they would show what happened in Episode 12, but they didn’t. There were so many moments like this when Gang uk was trapped in the elevator and when Yeo Ri got kidnapped, and so many other scenes they completely left hanging. They kept teasing these moments but never actually showed what happened, which made the whole storyline so frustrating. Or maybe I missed something?

Actually, they should have shown the whole incident at once. Instead, they kept showing bits and pieces of it in almost every episode and dragged it all the way to the finale. The entire scene would’ve barely been 2–3 minutes long.
and the whole ghost thing is still confusing to me.

The only scene worth watching in the last episode was Ji Hwan and Yeo Ri’s. It was so emotional and beautifully conveyed by both of them. đŸ„č
Apart from that, they still didn’t show the yacht incident properly, which is honestly frustrating. They keep revealing important parts of the past in tiny pieces instead of actually showing what happened.the heart transplant plot, pendant plot, and even the ghosts plot , literally all of them ended up feeling like completely useless plots. They introduced so many mysteries, but barely gave them a satisfying payoff. Finally, the headache is over today. 😭😂

When that lady asked Yeo Ri about ghosts, LMAO, she stopped seeing ghosts a long time ago! đŸ€Ł The writer completely forgot about the whole ghost part. And poor Ji Hwan is literally crying in the corner because the writer barely gives his story any importance and the boy is just suffering and wandering

At the end of the day, Ji Hwan’s heart only beats for Yeo Ri?
Yeo Ri still has no memory of that incident. She might have seen Min Hwan letting go of Ji Hwan’s hands, but she clearly doesn’t remember what actually happened. And the most irritating thing is that they still haven’t shown the past story properly. Since episode one, Ji Hwan’s ghost has been wandering around, but instead of explaining what happened, they keep showing tiny pieces of the past in almost every episode. Like, what the hell? Just show the whole thing properly already! The constant flashbacks are making the plot even more confusing.
Sometimes it feels like Ji Hwan’s heart has this deep connection with Yeo Ri, and then other times it feels like that connection doesn’t even matter. At this point, I genuinely don’t know what the drama is trying to show us.

I really hope they don’t ruin Bona’s cute little family by the end. đŸ„č They’re so wholesome together.
