For everyone wondering why this bromance looks so much like a BL drama: I honestly feel like some actors simply don’t want to act in BLs or don’t feel comfortable with that level of intimacy and kissing scenes. So maybe they choose dramas and roles where they can still have a very close, intense relationship without actually having to kiss their male co-star. That’s just my personal feeling, though! But: Sometimes the chemistry and emotional tension between two male leads can be so strong that it feels more BL than some actual BL dramas. 🤭😍🔥 BL doesn’t automatically mean stronger chemistry, and a non-BL drama can sometimes have more intense chemistry. It just depends on the writing, acting, lingering looks, rivalry, etc.
