yes that's what i meant, in the 'novel's' real-life they do all exist, not actually in the reality world.

I've browsed a little in the comment section and there's some people who concerns on whether ZX and ZZ actually exist in real-life. As a person who have read this novel like 1 month ago, I want to clarify that ZX, ZZ, FC and GZ do all exist in real life, but the author has already announced earlier, don't care too much on whether it's fictional or not, thus they all have a happy ending. This is in a side story which the author revealed where they're all characters in real-life, and they're living in Canada, for both of the couples. And the two couples has also met each other in the side story, which is another plot twist for me.

well actually the really major plot in this novel is focusing more on the patient and therapist line, ( spoiler included!!!) fang chi and gao zhun are the really main characters, which as we can see on the oncoming episodes, their scene has increased a lot, but that's how the novel goes, the acting line is actually not the major line that's focusing on. So it turns out that there are going to be more scenes for the therapist line, even though the therapist line is the major one, but the duration in the drama for each couple should kinda be balanced i guess.
