i just came by pausing the drama at 22 ep, i had a doubt, in starting eps, fl father used fl war inventions and took part in betrayal of beifu army , why doesnt he got arrested or investigated, why did they leave that cunning idiotic person out there .

OMGGGGG, THE PLOT IS AWESOME ,IN EP 19 & 20 ESP, like how many twists and turns , how they deal with people and the emotions, writer did a very good job, this is one of the best plot writing and good amount of pace this drama gng on , like prince QI and ml turned upon each other , there are more 8 ep only and they r gng to fight with each other, omg there will be more plot twists to see. i love this drama, and AWWW MOMENT WAS, EMPEROR KNEW ML WAS THE CROWN PRINCE, he gave him all the pieces of phenix token, they made fl as sweet considerable girl towards li lejun even though she killed her mother, they portrayed it soo well.

ok , so listen carefully, ml got married first with empress dowager's niece 'He Yuan Ji' as his first wife has in political marriage when ml was in border or while he was away, so basically he didn't even met her till he returned to mansion before marrying fl, then while he was in border fighting, one of his comrades wife was 'Rui Sheng' the treating ml as personal doctor in first episodes, she has a son with his comrade but in a war his comrade died and soo when this Rui Sheng retuned to capital she and her son was by abandoned by her family, so then ml took her and her son into his family telling that the son is his own, so she became his 2nd wife but not considered as wife but as maidservant. so after all this, fl came into picture as his 2nd consort. that's why you can see in one of the episodes[i don't remember the ep no.] the kid addresses

yes, he has 2 wives before fl one is main wife other is 1st consort, that's why fl is known as 2nd consort, BUT 1st wife marriage is bcoz of political pressure and 2nd was to save her, and the son is not MLs , he just gave shelter in his home to those 2 people. watch remaining episodes you will get full understanding of the family tree .

i never knew the main leads of this drama will become such a big success famous stars NOW, when i started watching this drama ongoing in 2022, i couldn't watch completely, dropped this series at some ep 5 or 6 , but now as i was seeing the edit of this drama i got to know these people got long way and became best versions in there acting, iam head over heels for there other dramas, for ml it is THE DOUBLE and for fl i is PURSUIT OF JADE , i really like those drama of these leads , well so now i restart this drama, gonna complete it, want to see there more younger version of these actors acting. will review it after watching.

what's wrong with ending OMG... i expected that ye xian family will get marquis title back , they get rewarded, fl and ml and family would be reunited, some good conclusions should be given, they just ended it like that. dissappointing.

i am gonna cry, they put 3 tier security to our FL, one is ml, one is her cousin, other is ye xian, like what in the world is that unconditional love they are showing her, ye xian is clearing the road for her without bandits, making sure she has room to stay, her cousin is increasing wages of people like water just soo they can go to the city, our ml dont talk about him, he is dng a lot, and in this all chaos, i observed that there 2 kinds of love, one is unconditional i.e . ye xians knowing that fl is not gonna be his , he is trying hard to protect her, respect her, and other side that idiot nephew with his cruel type of love wanna destroy his life and everyones around her just for her, OMG, TOOO MUCH TO DEAL WITH, iam very sad for ye xian 2nd lead syndrome brooo, and bros gonna die, lets all cryyyyyy.

brooo, fl is 27 , ml is 29 , its just 2 yrs in real life, and none of the age in drama matters , now after marriage , she is not looking like 18 yrs, her makeup changed to some 25 yr girl, and ml mqke up it changed to some early 20 guy by hair down and gigglings they have shown.
