I was absolutely obsessed with the first part of this show! The intense energy, the fast pace, and those cleverly cruel games had me totally glued to my screen from episode one. Empty Tokyo looks breathtakingly eerie, and Kento Yamazaki’s performance brings so much raw heart and desperation to the struggle to survive.

That being said, as the story went on, it started losing a bit of its magic and direction for me—or maybe I just didn't fully grasp where the plot was trying to go by the end. It's still a thrilling, pulse-pounding ride that dives deep into human nature under pressure, and if you love psychological survival stories, it's definitely worth the watch, even if the later direction gets a little lost in the noise!
