This series gave me post series depression. I NEED a season 2.

GUYS! I didn't know chinese bl dramas got a game like that. Like this series is so well written, I love the characters, I just like how it all come together. I will say that I will need maybe a hundred more of this series and there won't be any other opinions.

I'm going to break down what I like about this series. The mc and male lead definitely have chemistry with each other. I can assure you that if you are planning to watch this, you should go for it and watch it. There are comedic moments where I laughed, cried, got angry all those small emotions I can feel and express it from each episodes. And can I just say that the actors look amazing? Like HELLO? Especially Xia Liu Li's family they are all handsome and beautiful! Don't get me started on He Chu San too, I would go to the frontlines to protect him.

Anyways, moving on the plot is quite interesting because I don't think I have watched something like this. There are some Bls that has action, gang fighting type of series but it was never executed like this which is refreshing. Each scene, each voice lines carries weight and they are done very well. Especially the angsty parts, they got me rolling down on the floor with tears and depression.

The actings were also on point, there were no filler episodes nor boring ones. I feel like every episode connects with each other. I wanted to give kudos to the actors, editors, people behind the scenes for making this come to life because I know it must hard to do so but still being able to deliver this masterpiece. Also thank you for reading my review!

Holy such a good drama!! This got me staying up late and fan girling like crazy. I'm so happy that its a happy ending my heart is full now. The acting is immaculate, the plot is so beautiful and the chemistry is just so fucking perfect!

But like holy shit the plot twist in the end? That was also crazy but I'm happy about that too! I wished for more BLs like this PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! I can't believe I finished this drama in like less than two days! I'm insane!!

Anyways truly kudos to the actors and the whole crew for making this series come to live and possible! Truly one of the best bL series!!! Totally recommended!

I don't watch horror because i'm scared but the description looks interesting sooo...

Obviously the first thing I wanted to say is that holy moly, this series has a lot of horror elements. The amount of times I closed my eyes and peek through one eye just shows how good this show is. As someone who don't really watch horror because yes I'm afraid of it but I'll watch it if it's good and this series doesn't disappoint.

I don't want to spoil much about this series other than encourage you lurkers to go and watch it haha. As you can see I put a 8.5 rating which is pretty high for my standards. The plot is good, the characters are also great and most importantly I got scared watching this lol. Manifesting more BL series that has horror elements so I can strengthen my inner fear ;-; But if you readers are still thinking to watch it or not, take this review as a sign to go watch it now!

Anyways have a great day and I'll see you in my next review, maybe? :)

Woah My heart is doing flips

I'm not sure why this was rated quite low but to be honest i enjoyed this series very much. It's light hearted, not much angsty but it is fast paced. I love the characters and the plot, though i do wish that we have more content. I do recommend watching this if you're bored or you need something to watch after a heavy angsty bl. This will cure you a hundred percent :)

Spoilers ahead! Spoilers ahead!

All these are my opinions and critiques so if you don’t have to agree with it. It’s just based on my experience and how I felt when watching the show :)

I didn’t expect this series to be good but it’s just is! The story from the start is quite good, I didn’t expect character development but I do love to see it! One thing I would like to start off is Saint (main character) he is such a dense person. He cannot read the room, he sucks at understanding when people expresses their feelings to him and the amount of flirty jokes he comments only for his next line to be “we’re just friends”. That basically sums up his character and it’s not that I don’t like that, I just feel like his character can have something more but at least he is a likable character.

Second, I fucking love Chardjen. Even though Chardjen’s character doesn’t seem important, he basically helped everyone behind scenes. Like he’s the type of person who you don’t really pay attention to but he’s actually the mastermind in helping others to bond again or comes up with solutions. Especially in the last few episodes like he had to move abroad but he didn’t want to leave his friends so he made excuses to stay and also when Cable (another character) needed a few days to stay he actually helped him out. Look if Chardjen left earlier to study abroad I think Shin (Male lead) and Saint would be dead like seriously. Thinking if I should start Chardjen fanclub 101. BAHHAHAHA

Another comment I would like to say about the plot is that I feel like they keep teasing the audience to watch more episodes to find out about Shin’s history with Saint. I feel like they could wrapped it up in 2-3 episodes or maybe even 5. But I had to figure it out like 9-10 episodes in, just letting you know in case you forget one episode is like 50-60 minutes (insert death emoji). Perhaps they needed to prolong the story that’s why there are bits of filler episodes. Like bro the fighting scene in the end like Ken (character) getting beat up by Jeng (evil character) for 10 minutes is crazy. They must’ve gotten him plot armor cause let me tell you NO ONE CAN SURVIVE THAT. Like his bones is probably broken, he coughed out so much blood and yet he is still standing like everything is okay.

But anyways it was a good watch, there’s some funny scenes. Can I also just say that I’ve been scammed into watching this. The tag didn’t say this series was about bromance but I do recommend to watch. :)

Woah shocking!

Honestly I wasn’t expecting much going into this short drama series but honestly it did blew my socks off!! Okay just a little spoiler! THIS AINT YOUR AVERAGE SHORT C DRAMA SERIES!!! I’m pretty sure there are some scenes where GL is implied!

It is something I wasn’t expecting because Girl’s Love or anything that’s LGBTQ is banned in china even if there a slight implication. The story is a little bit more unique than the rest but they still include those nasty jealous adoptive sibling relationship and like people looking down on mc and their love one saving their ass. But honestly I don’t really mind, the chemistry of the characters main me giggle and kicking the air. It’s not as strong probably because they have to get around the censorship but honestly it is good enough.

I need a BL version… wink wink. Anyways if you like to watch GL this is definitely your cup of tea.

Spoilers ahead!
This series is definitely made for those who like light-hearted bl series. I also do enjoy watching them but i feel like this series doesn't have much plot to work on. Like after they went on a school field trip, theres the beach trip then goes to a school event and they ended it off with the characters finishing their year. I just felt that theres a lot of time skip going on.

Moving on to comment on their characters, I do think their is some chemistry going on between the main character (Hioki) and the male lead (Watarai). Although, it's not that strong. It's not strong because I feel that there wasn't much in-depth explanation of their characters. Like I understand that Watarai is suppose to be the jealous, possessive type of male lead and Hioki is the innocent one but that's just it. There's not much seasoning for the characters, like if you were to make a pot of soup there would only be water, salt and one or two vegetable inside. It's not bland, but it's not good enough to the point you want to have a second serving.

I would also like to mentioned that the amount of time skips going on in this series is insane. Like what do you mean after one trip ended, suddenly its 1 to 3 months later, heck it can even be 5 months later. I would like to know what happened in between those months, I don't mind if they are undergoing their exams or having relationship issues, i'm just a curious little man. But i do understand that they probably don't have much screen time so they just have to deal with what they have.

Overall, I do find this series quite funny and enjoyable to watch. I don't really have anything else much to say because I have said what I've said. I do recommend people to give this a watch at least once, it's not because its a bad series, I do think that this is a decent series but it could be better. All i have written down is based on my experience so you don't have to agree with me. If you're reading this, thank you for reading my review hope you have a great day. Baii!

Spoilers!!

I started this series without knowing what I will be getting myself into. No prep, no clips just jumping straight ahead into the series. I saw this was one of the series that was rated quite high so I trusted the audience that it would be a good series and I’m glad that I trusted the audience.

Spoilers!

Can I just say that the ost is so fucking good? Like I have it on repeat on my youtube playlist. Every single day I be putting that music on repeat like there is no tomorrow. Honestly, they needed to have another ost cuz i bet that it would be just as good or even better ;)

Anyways moving on to the plot of the story, I think the concept of the story is interesting. I think there are some BL series that has a similar concept but I have yet to watch it. The way the characters were introduced and how the main character expresses their struggles and handle their situation was quite realistic.

Some scenes did questioned myself like is this even allowed?! Though the main storyline is about Armin fixing his owns mistakes and gets revenged to those who had hurt him in the past. I think the revenge part could be more intense, this is just my opinion. It wasn’t underwhelming its just that when he said he’s gonna get the people who tried to hurt him I expected it to be more darker.

I also like the additional scene where they included Tada’s perspective in the past. It was a good touch to see like the world after Armin died and the fact that he cannot live after Armin’s passing just shows how deep his love is for Armin. I do like a yearning male lead ❤️

I do recommend watching this show!! I think there is a slight Gen Z humor and comedy element in the show. One more thing, Wei Nai i love him smm!! I wished his character was further developed rather than just being a capable personal assistant. Like I would like to know a bit of his backstory. Anyways! Amazing show!!

WARNING! There are some freaky scenes but its a good kind just make sure u watch alone!

I feel like the opening was quite good, I kinda like how Akin (Mc) and Jin (ML) was introduced. Akin was this popular actor and Jin was a newbie. Their chemistry didn’t started off strong but as the episode progressed so did their chemistry. You need to give a few episodes a watch cause it gets better.

The plot wasn’t bad, it could be slightly better? I feel like most of the time Akin is the only one facing the problems. Like somehow he’s always the person who got targeted in the series. Which is kinda repetitive, and I feel like communication can be improved. Like the part where he thought he slept with Johnny he couldn’t bring himself to day it to Jin. He just left without saying anything. Thank god Jin wasn’t dumb and he was able to catch on! I guess its soulmates instincts ?❤️.

Nothing much to say,. But I feel like they should just end it there. I feel like at the end of the last episode, there could be potential for season 2 but there wasn’t much material or anything more that they could add on so it’ll be interesting to see if there will be a season 2 but i’m not expecting it. Overall a fun watch when ur bored

I have rewatched this show like 5 times and the music never miss! I love the music they played throughout the movie!! AGH- They need to make another movie PLEASE!!

I feel like the story started off okay, there wasn’t much to discuss as like it will eventually be explained in the movie. This movie is more lighthearted and comedy rather than romance. (Which I like cause I feel like you don’t have to include romance in every movie to make it good. But I do ship Jinu and Rumi)

10/10 you should watch if you’re bored!

Good Chemistry!

I wished there was more of this series! The story and the pacing were solid however the development between the two main leads can be further develop just a little bit!

But overall, this was good and such a great watch! There was no filler episodes, the plot makes sense and the chemistry between the actors were there! :)

Only watched for Byeon Woo Seok

First of all I would like to say I watched this because Byeon Woo Seok. The plot is basically like particles in the air, you can't see or feel it. In short there was no plot.

I feel like the main character have more chemistry with the villain rather than the male lead. And i feel like the only interesting part was the villains backstory. Honestly, I had to skip to a lot of parts because its filled with filler episodes and nothing is adding on to the story.

Don't get me started on the male lead. He's just forced to be there to take up space and somehow ended up with the main character. I would like to repeat, there is NO chemistry between the male lead and mc. Honestly, don't fucking watch this its not worth your time if you're just here for the story, i'm a special case because I watched for the actor.

That's all i'd like to say, thank you :)

Beware! This series is so addicting

I saw a small clip of this on tiktok. And it was quite interesting so I decided to watch it without knowing what I signed up for.

Spoilers ahead!

First of all, I would like to say that this BL series managed to grasped my heart. Throughout the whole series is like a rollercoaster for real! When I first begin watching the show, I didn’t expect that the male lead would have a certain disability. Because not a lot of BL series would want to include that but the way they execute in the series was amazing.

There was a lot of emotions and problems that both the male lead and the main character has to faced. One of them was when the male lead broke down and showed his true emotions like when his mother ended up in the hospital. He couldn’t keep it together and just burst out his true feelings. I think that scene was a huge breakthrough of his character because that just shows that he’s human too. Like he never wanted to be deaf in the first place and he wanted to be normal. It kinda shows that the male lead is not always smiley and happy, there is some things that he wants to have which adds up to the male lead character.

The reason why I rated this series so high is because they are able to communicate their feelings with each other. For example, in the first three episodes, its true that the main character is hiding things behind the male leads back but when they sit down, face to face, the main character tells him the truth. There is no need for lies and less room for misunderstanding. So when they stumble on an issue like the male leads friend tries to break the main character and male leads relationship, he straight up told her like “Him being deaf is not going to be a burden to me because i love him” something like that.

In other words, theres a lot of great communication throughout the whole series. I also think that the plot is interesting. Honestly, I would love to watch something like this more often! I’m so happy that its a happy ending :)

AGH! ONE OF THE BEST C DRAMA IN 2025!!! I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE CHARACTERS AND THE PLOT! Though I feel like them keep dying for each other is a bit redundant I’m really happy they did ended up together in the end.

I dont really have anything much to say about the drama except that the ost is so fucking good!

I freaking love cooking shows, whether its about competitions or having some romance in-between, as long as it has food I am sold. I was watching this series when it was still airing but I only got the chance to review it today. I remember looking forward for the next episode throughout the week when I was stumped with work, like this is one of the shows that motivated me to go through the week.

One of my favorite episodes would have to be when the production team had to bring in people that does mukbang on the set and the chefs had to work together to come up with the menu and serve them. There was a lot of intense moments but it was an interesting twist because its a fresh concept. Another one would have to be the endless tofu episode, I remember I was rooting for the black spoons and Chef Edward Lee, I just love him so much cause he's funny and the idea about how he managed to come up for his food is just so unique.

Another honourable mentioned was when the chefs that got eliminated a chance to redeemed themselves by cooking with the ingredients from the convenience store. That episode itself is very engaging and worth the watch! I didn't think like you could make a restaurant level dishes from it, which was really cool. I've seen some people re-creating it on tiktok.

There's nothing much for me to critique because I felt that every participant that attended worked really hard to get the spot here. Overall, I do recommend giving this a watch if you love food and just seeing these chefs create unique dishes. All the food that they made looks so good on screen, I bet it tastes amazing in real-life.
