After watching this for the second time i really love that both leads are powerful and smart. And they don't hesitate to protect each other. They're so balanced and it is refreshing to see

I want to understand that Flora was going through a lot at that point but a part of me can't help but feel like she was with him for her career. Ofcourse the dog preferred his dad, she was barely around.Her career always came first and caused a lot of their arguments. Really painful to watch

I agree! And didn't read the book. They both have issues luke teaches her how to conduct herself at work but it never clicked to her she could use some of it in their relationship. Luke needs to learn how to express himself without hurting the one he loves.

I'm glad they reduced the episodes because luan nuan and shang tao don't resolve any issues they have. So it keeps coming back

We have different perspectives. I don't see him bringing her down cuz that's what is normal to him. I see him not being able to communicate his feelings because he doesn't know howto be vulnerable. I see Flora default to i don't deserve to be loved so i can't ask for anything in my relationship.

I actually think it is weird that Flora doesn't introduce Luke to her circle as her boyfriend. From day 1 it seemed Luke didn't want to keep their relationship a secret but respected her decision. He is definitely mean when he's upset but he respects her boundaries

They really need to talk! And Flora needs to realize that she has equal footing in the relationship. I'm tired of her putting herself down.

Ep 32 had me weeping real bad. Felt bad for the changtai because at the end he cared about his brothers even though he was angry with the dad. HeYu has shown us so many layers from his cunning cough days to his heartwarming goodbye itbwas so emotional. I know xihe was so cold in the beginning but my girl finally showed us so much emotions.
