I love this series! I cried at the end, but only out of confusion... No matter how many comments and reviews I read I just don't get it! I know the story about the doctor and the patient is real and the one about the actors is too (or at least I think so) but why do we see at the end that they are the same people? It’s so frustrating not to understand the story that I’d rather convince myself that only the actors' story is the real one. (If anyone can help me understand it I’d really appreciate it.)

It is. The plot is very interesting and exciting, the romance part is secondary since the entire series revolves around the political plot but believe me it is worth watching!
