I’ve watched a lot of kdramas and seen other actresses acting skills and her acting just isn’t it, it’s straight up mediocre. But heyy if that’s what you think, I get it maybe your taste just isn’t there, idk lol

lmao even if she had different roles in her past dramas, her acting is mid af. I can't take her seriously in melo, she can't cry. She only do romcoms mostly, and I think that's her comfort
Oh I liked that drama, and I watched it because of Seo In Guk. I’ve also seen her other dramas and movies. But she doesn’t cry well. The last worst crying scene was in LND, and she’s not even a good kisser. That makes me think she isn’t a good actress. She does fine in romcoms like making funny faces or acting quirky but when it comes to other roles, she lacks range. I only enjoyed her acting in AOS during the funny parts. The fight scenes in AOS were so awkward, almost like she had a stiff neck. If you noticed her filmography, she kept working with the same director repeatedly, especially early in her career. At her level now, why hasn’t she been picked by other directors like many other actors and actresses? After AOS, she never worked with that director again. And when she changed agencies, I thought it would finally be her time to explore more diverse roles. But look at her now, she’s still getting romcom scripts. Not just romcoms, but the same fake marriage trope she’s already done before. Song Ho, at least, has worked with different PDs and shown versatility (they are not similar). I think it comes down to her script choices or maybe she’s just not getting many offers from big PDs, perhaps thats the reason why she keep working with the same PDs lol
yeah sadly after that her dramas flopped after flopped. I think maybe she should audition to get better role like mudeok. Tho she didn't audition for that one. But she's pushing 40 now
hyped but not critically good. It's even one of the most hated kdramas, you can read the reviews and all. Even if it was hyped it doesn't mean the drama is good. I am only talking about quality dramas.

Base on her filmography, she has only worked with the same PDs, writers, etc. whether it's drama or movies. In her whole career, she must have audition but failed. So she is working with the same PDs again and again. One thing, the director in aos part 1 is one of the director she has worked with in her whole career picked her in last minute to play medeok. This director also always get her to cameo etc. in his dramas. I think the only broke that bond is after aos and changed her agency.
