Contact Killer X Cop? I’M SEATED!
I mainly started watching this because the entire killer x cop story is so intriguing, something I haven’t seen in a kbl before.I basically started watching this with zero expectations. was expecting some low budget and low production quality drama with possibly bad acting. what I got was completely opposite of all that! the production quality was actually very good, so much better than I expected. the cinematography was amazing. not sure how much the budget is, but it definitely didn’t feel like a low budget one.
the actors all look incredibly handsome, and they can actually act. especially the ones playing the killer and the hostage. turns out this is the first ever acting project of two out of three actors in the main role, that makes it even more impressive!
there were some plot holes, but for now I’ll be looking the other way for now and not think too much about them.
so far, the first two episodes left me seriously impressed and intrigued! I will be looking forward to seeing how this goes💕

this is hilarious!
i was quite hesitant about watching this, since the poster seems pretty unimpressive, and the ratings at the moment (7.2) aren't the best either. but i decided to give it a shot, considering this is a very short commitment. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I ended up enjoying this!the plot doesn't feel rushed or incomplete even though the episodes are incredibly short. the production quality and cinematography is amazing.
and the best part about this is the actors! the way the actors did a complete 180 once their bodies swapped, acting exactly like their counterparts are supposed to act, absolutely incredible!
I'd say you should give it a watch it you're looking for something short and funny to watch💕

I personally loved season 2 so much better than the first one. I really liked the format where they separated the arcs entirely, makes it so much easier to focus on one couple alone, also easier for anyone to skip an arc if they didn’t like it. the direction was so much better too (at least for me!), it almost felt like i was watching a whole different show!
I think the thing i love about the most in this show is the friendship. both group of friends are just love or die, and they’re ready to do anything to help or protect their friends! this kind of friendship is just so precious 💙
my favorite character so far is undoubtedly North! his comedic timing is absolutely genius lmao. he made me LOL pretty much every time he was on screen😂 this was my first time seeing Bas, and I’ve become a fan! he’s such an incredible actor 🥹
and then we have the couples!
FahPhoon were absolutely adorable. when I started watching season 2 right after finishing the first season, I was like “ooh yes I think this is my most favorite couple so far!”. it started off so angsty, and my heart broke for all the trauma Typhoon went through. but then slowly it started getting so sweet, i almost got diabetes! the entire gift and letter exchange without revealing the identity was so cute🥹
and then we had ArthitDao! i love how unconventional their story was. I was expecting it to be a bit more dark given the supernatural elements , but somehow it was more on the lighter comedic side.
the story of Arthit looking for his mother’s soul hit a bit close to home! as a person who lost her mother to cancer when i was just a baby, I could really relate to it. that part of the story broke my heart💔
Dao is so freaking cute omg🥹 i wanna protect him from all the ghosts in the world! I am not a fan of the forced kisses, but I appreciate Arthit’s sincerity and the love he had for Dao. and their chemistry HOLY SHITTTT😭 no wonder they became the most favorite couple for so many people!
I’m kinda sad that we didn’t get any TigerNao in this season, but I appreciated all the TigerNao crumbs we got in the first season. it’s kinda sad that we won’t get to see the rest of the crew in the final arc:( but I’m very excited to dive into their story! it’s probably gonna be hard to live up to the hype after ArthitNao’s amazing arc. I hope it can live up to the hype and gives us something just as amazing 💙

there was not much to the story, and it was pretty forgettable.
my favorite part about this was Yoo Jinseok. he's a great actor, and incredibly handsome! he carried the entire drama tbh.
the younger character was extremely annoying. there's a difference between being persistent and being borderline harassing. he consistently kept crossing the boundaries no matter how many times he was warned.
I also think they should've cast a different actor in that role. Lee Chang In did not suit the role of a high schooler/freshman in university. him acting cute and coy pretending to be a high schooler was borderline cringe ngl.

A MASTERPIECE!
I know I’m quite late to the party, but better late than never!I’m not new to watching BLs, but I haven’t ventured into Thai BLs until much recently. this drama has been on my plan to watch list since day 1. I had high hopes for this, both from the synopsis and from how much I’ve heard about it, and it did not disappoint! this is hands down a MASTERPIECE, beyond the boundaries of BL/mainstream dramas.
I’m not sure what I can say or write about this drama, aside from the fact that this left me AWESTRUCK.
the story, the cinematography, the acting, the writing, everything about this was perfect! I love it when we have BLs with an actual story line, one that isn’t full of nonsense, and one that leaves an impression. and boy, this had such an amazing story. and the impression it left on me.
the writing was so beautifully done. and every single character was so beautifully written, especially White and Sean. the way they so effortlessly fell in love with each other was so beautiful!
this was my first time seeing OffGun (I know they’re considered one of the OGs) and I could totally see why they’re so popular. their chemistry is just off the charts. I could feel every bit of love their characters had for each other.
the romance…oh my. the way Sean looks at White with so much love and adoration in his eyes. even when he got hurt when White disappeared, he forgave him right away (only to get punched by Black asffdggd, poor guy😭). and the way he agrees right away for any plans proposed by White lol bro is DOWN BADDD. and i love it😭the scenes of their first time together was just so incredibly beautiful. the way Sean asked for consent for every single he was doing, A WHOLE WALKING FOREST!!
my heart breaks for everything White had to go through for the sake of his brother. and the guilt White was feeling for not being honest with Sean and his friends, I FELT THAT!!
the acting…oh my..where do i even begin. OffGun are both such amazing actors. The supporting characters did a great job too. Gun did such a great job at pulling off the contrasting characters of Black and White! the scene where they finally reunited hit me right in the feels😭
back to the cinematography. loved the dark and gritty color grading, felt so raw and honest. perfectly fitting for the drama. that rooftop kiss scene was probably one of the most beautiful kisses I’ve ever seen!
I could probably go on an on forever. but I’ll stop here for now.
overall, this is one of the very few BLs that left such a big impression in my heart. I will never forget the feeling watching this made me feel. definitely making it to my list of best dramas, BL or non bl alike.
PS. tell me why this masterpiece is rated only 8.5?! this definitely deserves more than that💔

OFF TO A GREAT START!
I love revenge stories when they’re done right, and so far it seems like this will be done right.this is the story of Min, a 25 year old guy with a troubled past. for years he had been blaming himself for the death of his family members, until one day he finds out the real culprit behind their deaths was someone else. then he sets out on a journey to get revenge.
this is my first time seeing any of these actors. and I’m blown away by how amazing Min’s acting is. I was ready to hate on his character when we started the drama with him holding a knife to an innocent child. but by the time the episode ended, I was rooting for him and ready to fight alongside him😂
Fuaiz as the villain was also amazing. I didn’t even realize at first that he was the same guy that had a past connection with Min until they showed a flashback. it’s safe to say that I will be HATING his character 😂
I absolutely loved the cinematography and the color grading. it’s so gritty and dark, very fitting for the stiry. I love the non linear story telling too, even though it might feel a bit confusing at first. I haven’t read the manhwa, but inwas able to follow the story along. (feel free to comment if you wanted me to explain!)
so far this is looking VERY PROMISING! idk how I’ll survive the wait for a whole week till the next episode drops!

You're My Cup Of Tee!
I don't really write reviews here, but this drama really made me wanna write one!Let me start off by saying that I don't even watch Thai BLs. I only started watching DWY a few days ago, and this is literally my first time watching a thai bl. So, my thoughts are as unbiased as it gets.
Long story short :
A few days ago I randomly decided to watch a thai bl drama, and now my whole brain chemistry has been altered. The couple now have me on a chokehold, and this drama has become one of my most favorite dramas ever (BL or non BLs alike)!!
Long story long :
I've been seeing the poster of this drama on the homepage of the website I usually watch my dramas at. After ep10 came out and I saw it pop up on my feed again, I got curious about it and decided to look it up. Once I did, I was very surprised at how high the ratings were. It made me wonder if this drama really is something deserving of such high ratings, or if this is just some overrated drama rated by crazy fanatics. (no offense😭)
So I decided to give it a shot and see what the hype is all about. FYI, until that moment I knew NOTHING about this drama, or any other thai bls whatsoever. The only thing I knew was the name. I knew nothing about the actors, never saw any clips or anything. I was entering with a very blank slate.
I started watching with pretty low expectations. In fact, I didn't even think I would like this, because this wasn't really my cup of tea. As I was watching the first episode, I kept thinking how this is reallyyyy not my cup of tea. Duang's overly cute acting, the sound effects, etc was pretty much borderline cringe to me. But I wanted to watch at least 1-2 episodes before I decide whether or not I wanna continue or drop it.
I tried to tune out the cringe factors tried my best to focus on the drama. Once I was able to get over the initial cringing, I was sucked into duangqin's universe pretty fast. Next thing I know, I had already finished binging all 10 episodes!
And then I was losing my mind for ep11, which was still 3-4 days away. The wait was KILLLING MEEE!! Over the few days I kept replaying my favorite scenes, trying to keep myself sane. I swear I have not been this desperate for a drama episode in YEARS!! I don't even remember the last time a drama made me feel THIS desperate (and I've been watching them for almost a decade now).
So, that should tell you how much of a hold this drama had on me😭
Now let me talk about the drama itself. The story is honestly nothing exceptional. Just a regular campus romance, golden retriver vs cold guy. But what makes it exceptional is the execution.
What made it really work for me was the chemistry. They have one of the best chemistries I've ever seen, BL or hetero couples alike!! I could feel the love they have for each other from just how they look at each other. Every hug, every kiss, made me blush and giggle like a middle school girl😭 seriously, kudos to TeeTee and Por for giving us such insane chemistry!
Duang is the puppiest of all puppies. Qin is the tsundere-est of all tsunderes. Together they're one of the healthiest couples I've ever seen. No unnecessary drama or misunderstandings, no toxicity, just love and fluff all over.
The characters, especially Duang, is so lovable. He is literally one of the greenest flags I've ever seen. The way he relentlessly keeps trying to win Qin's heart without ever breaking any boundaries is so endering. Even after they start dating, he never does anything until he is permitted. Why is he so precious? 🥹
While Qin not agreeing to date until much later may seem frustrating at first, we can see why he took his time. He is still a baby who's been starving for some love since he was young. He is scared of getting his heart broken once again. But once he finally did open his heart to Duang, we could see just how equally adorable he is and how much he loves Duang too.
The acting, especially TeeTee's, is honestly so impressive. It couldn't have been easy for him to act like this overly excited puppy 90% of the times. But he pulled it off so well. And the way he can pull off serious scenes equally well. His versatility really amazes me! On the other hand, Por does an amazing job at acting like a tsundere. I d1e every time he acts shy ;_;
Now, the music. Every single song is so beautiful, and they really make the drama even better. I didn't even know that they sang some of the OSTs themselves!! I only found out that they're idols after watching the 11th episode asgsghshd. This just made me love them even more🥹
Ok seems like my "review" (more like my essay on how I fell in love with DWY and TeeTeePor) is already 5 million miles long. Let me wrap this up.
In case it wasn't obvious already, I have fallen head over heels in love with Duang With You!! No other drama has made me feel this good in a really long time. I don't usually rewatch dramas, but this really has become my comfort drama and I will probably be rewatching this every now and then.
Ok I will stop now, for real. If you've read this far into my long ass review, thank you so much🥹
PS. I initially gave this a 9.0, but then I decided to make it 9.5 instead!
I should say that I have kind of a high standard. Out of the 350+ dramas I've watched so far, I've only given 10/10 to 3 dramas, and 9.5/10 to 7 of them. That should say just how much I loved Duang With You!
PPS. Please don't attack me for anything I just said 😭 this is just me sharing my thoughts, and you don't have to agree with everything I said.

adorable slice of life!
I know there’s only one episode out and there isn’t much that I could say, but I’m loving it so far!this is my first time seeing Almond and Progress (I’m very new to Thai BL!), so I don’t really have any bias towards or against any of them. I’m mainly here for the vibes!
I love slice of life dramas! I loved how ep1 was so youthful and full of life. and the entire small seaside town was so pretty. the cinematography was absolutely beautiful! absolutely loved the late 1990s-early 2000s (i think?) nostalgic vibes they were going for. the color grading was so warm and soothing. definitely fitting the time and era they’re based in🧡
all 5 characters introduced so far were adorable! both Ko’s were so loveable. Almond pulls off the black cat energy really well. and Progress is so damn cute omg! I haven’t seen his acting before, but I thought he’s a pretty good actor. whatever overacting is or will be involved, I will blame it on the directing lmao. Augar and August are so funny, love how they’re always wearing matching clothes 😂 it’s sad that we didn’t get to see much of Achi in this episode.
I have my reservations with this director. I’ve had issues with most of the works I’ve seen from him so far. I really hope the direction stays consistent and doesn’t take a very cringey turn!
so far, I’m really liking this. will be looking forward to see where this is headed!

such a great start!
set in the 1990s, this is this story of Tonrak and Barth, “one that has lost all faith, one that is full of unwavering faith”.I absolutely love the cinematography and color grading. so dark and gritty, so different from GMMTV’s usual style, and exactly what this story deserves. everything felt so artistic and poetic. that one scene where Tonrak and Barth stop the crucifix from falling and their hands touch, the sheer symbolism of that scene!!
Fourth’s acting was as amazing as always! while I usually found Gemini’s acting quite stiff in his past dramas, here his acting felt pretty expressive. I could feel his anger at God, and life in general . when he said “then one day I realized, your God never helped me at all”, I FELT THAT!!
one this that me and a lot of other people seem to be confused about (mild spoilers ahead …)
is that in the beginning the Father says “hard to believe it’s been almost 20 years” when present timeline is 2025 and past timeline starts from 1996.
later on they say something about the ordination being over 10 years away, (ep1 19:05). so I’m guessing maybe the past timeline will go up to 2006-07, and that’s when Father and Barth met for the last time until the time skip. hence, their current meeting in 2025 being almost 20 years since the last time they met. I wonder how all that can fit in just 6 episodes, I hope nothing feels rushed!
so far, this is off to a great start, and I feel like we’re about to witness something extraordinary. can’t wait to see how this unfolds!
PS. ep1 gave me major I Told Sunset About You vibes, and that’s one of my most favorite BLs of all time! I’m wishing that TTH turns out be a masterpiece just like ITSAY🥹
