At first glance, this episode seems to focus on the growing passion between Tinakorn and Phob. However, what impressed me most was not the romance itself, but how their relationship begins to influence the people around them.
Phob has returned after years away, carrying the scars of a society divided by class. His determination to stand beside the prince feels stronger because he has experienced the injustice of that system firsthand.
Meanwhile, Siri quietly became the emotional center of this episode for me.
Raised as a noblewoman, she has always accepted the life chosen for her. Yet meeting an independent female journalist makes her question whether she can choose her own future instead of simply obeying tradition.
The romance develops beautifully, but the changing social atmosphere surrounding the royal family, the military, and the aristocracy gives the story much greater depth.
I'm looking forward to seeing whether this series becomes not only a love story, but also a story about people searching for freedom in a changing society.
