Based on the nature of the original work, it appears to be a large scale project. Given it's still in the casting phase, a 2029 release seems like a reasonable timeline.

They will probably take the entirety of 2026 to confirm the major stakeholders of this project (Platform, Key Production figures and Cast Members). If everything goes well, we may find some news on filming by early to mid 2027 which would leave us for 1.5-2 years to wait around for this to hit the screen. I feel like that's a plausible timeline for these sort of productions. We just have to wait and see.
It's sort of about two strangers, emotionally isolated, burdened with past baggages and guilt finding comfort and peace in one another. It isn't a romantic storyline in a conventional sense, more like two people recognising the same loneliness in each other despite living in two different timelines.
While reading it, I could almost imagine the narrative premise of My Liberation Notes and a little bit of My Mister, not explicitly ofc but it has that same backdrop and intensity. However, it may turn out differently depending upon the scriptwriter.
