he's a joke, lol. yesterday she didn't lift a finger to side with him, and if yeongja hadn't heard her "confession," she would have found a way to escape unscathed, like when she agreed without thinking twice to yeongja's sarcastic comment asking if he was the one harassing her.

yes! i hope we get to see the girls (manager lee and nambong) fighting. i know nambong won't stand a chance, but i feel like hwayoung would take his side and it would push kanghyuk over the edge. i still think him turning on her would be a great twist.

honestly? one of the best so far and a strong contender to easily surpass all the others. yeongja pulling nambong's hair and asking if that's what he was letting it grow for? besides being pure cinema, it was the icing on the cake. give all the awards, flowers, and, if possible, a glass of water to Choi Jiyeon... i hope her throat is okay.

the entire sequence of the scene was flawless; i had to pause and reflect more than once.

nambong is awful, his face enrages me so bad. the audacity of thinking he's superior, calling his wife 'honey' in a reprimanding tone for slapping the woman he was cheating on her with, and then yelling at her, saying she was acting like an 'uneducated woman off the street' after catching him exchanging vows of love with another woman. vile, repugnant. he makes me sick to my stomach. he's worse than hwayoung in that regard; everything he said to yeongja in the office and then at home made me despise him beyond human comprehension.

i've never been able to explain my dissatisfaction with a 'revenge' plot that, in the end, the antagonist get what they deserve without any intervention. they simply get tangled in their own vines and fall into disgrace, while the protagonist keeps going around in circles all the time and never manage to do anything truly significant to bring them down, and if they do, it's something totally immature and incomparable to or on par with all the evil the villain committed from beginning to end.

it's interesting to note how jangmi hasn't shown any positive development throughout the 89 episodes; she remains the same as at the beginning, naive and submissive. she shone for a moment when she moved into the Ma residence, but the flame went out as quickly as it appeared.

"I've decided to truly live as Ma Seorin." only now? you had all the time in the world to take seriously the revenge you decided to seek on your own, and only now, when you're facing a dead end (completely avoidable, by the way), you think it's time to pull yourself together?! she's the first revengeful character i see to let her cowardice overpower the resentment.

days later, at the wedding, everyone is shocked to see lawyer Kang pushing a wheelchair down the aisle, with a beautiful woman exuding a fragile air sitting on it, half of her face obscured by a mask. hwayoung gasps in astonishment, and jangmi falls to her knees. reporters go wild, the sound of camera clicks echoing through the venue. baekho, ignoring the scene around him, leans down to the woman's face and kisses her temple, his eyes fixed on junho: "hello, hyung," he says. seorin smiles under the mask and nods, her eyes saying, "hi, twin." and chairman Ma faints.

the concept of entering the Ma residence to get revenge on hwayoung for what she did to your family, and now backing down, acting like a coward because of the man you kissed a few times... so refreshing!

erveryone wants to go to heaven but nobody wants to die; jangmi's side of the story bothers me too much, a waste of potential.

i saw that baekho will be in trouble... i'm so sad... (🎉) it's really, really a shame, what a pity, seriously... (🎊)

with the possibility of baekho backing down a bit to give jangmi a chance to establish herself, i really wish they would at least wake seorin up. she would need time to recover and could also deceive hwayoung in the meantime. i don't think hwayoung would suspect the veracity of that; she spent quite a bit of time in a coma, it would be surprising if she didn't wake up with any aftereffects.

however, i would also like junho to side with jangmi. although i'm a little reluctant to trust him so much, he would be a good weapon if he agreed to participate in the revenge.

the preview cheered me up a little, but for god's sake, why are they handling seorin's situation so poorly? they simply transferred her to another hospital and thought that would be it? how can their brains together not add up to one?! 🫩

thinking about the accident, she was very lucky not to be completely disfigured. i think it would have been interesting to have an arc focused on her if she woke up with a scar on her face; at least she wouldn't be forgotten in a hospital bed.

she doesn't seem to know that hwayoung knows she's not seorin. at most, she probably thinks hwayoung figured out that she (seorin) knows the truth and is conspiring with 'jangmi' to harm her. but it doesn't make much sense to dress up all over again for the visit. i know she's not the brightest, but her brain isn't up there just for show, is it? (please don't answer 😭)

will seorin wake up, or will there be a continuity error in the visit scene? because it doesn't make sense for jangmi to put the bandages back on if she appeared without them to rescue sukhee.

i don't know what's funnier, jangmi even considering that the combination to the safe where hwayoung hides her crimes might be Seorin's birthday, or the fact that hwayoung hid the most concrete evidence of a murder in a safe. A SAFE INSIDE HER OFFICE.

i'm truly delighted that no character is smarter than the other; it's just a matter of who's less stupid. and even then, it's very difficult to say for sure who's less dumb. what a lovely combination of characters.

i think she didn't go there just to provoke hwayoung; she's counting on the chairman's visit. if it was just a matter of putting pressure on her, risking her safety isn't the right way to do it. but, since when does jangmi acts based on what's the best option? she just chooses the worst one or the one that will obviously backfire. #freejangmi

yeah, i think the shock would worsen his health regardless of the chosen way to reveal him the truth. but the hard way is more exciting, huh?

i think jangmi's plan would make more sense if seorin had actually woken up and could support her if the plan failed. with seorin unconscious and far from waking up, if something bad happens to her, does she expect baekho and taepyung to solve everything? not to mention that this could also affect daechang, and if he dies, who will protect her from hwayoung when she's on top? sanwol and hongju? those two who have the greed they talk about in the bible?
