Luckily, the plot of this drama is interesting, and I like the actors because the production here is truly terrible. One of the worst dramas in terms of editing and montage this year.

Another drama with good actors, but a boring, disappointing, and bad story.

I don't think it's a completely bad drama, just a bit disappointing considering the hype, and the ending wasn't very satisfying; it didn't meet my expectations. It's a forgettable drama. If you like the actors, watch it, but it's not their best drama. It's a shame because the main couple is cute together, but the drama is a mess.

I don't want to be too negative, but before commenting, none of the actors deserve hate, okay? All I'm going to complain about is the drama's production. The actors deserved high-quality work, like that AI opening? I know that C-dramas lately are using AI, but this opening is ridiculous. The AI was used in a terrible and awful way. There are some scenes in the drama where you can see there's a green screen background. I keep wondering why they didn't just film in a field. Look at the level of the actors; they deserved more. And another thing, the protagonist jumping into the water to save our female protagonist—the way he jumps belly-down, all clumsy—they could have reshot that, right? Now, what about the cuts, the editing, and the music? This drama looks like one of those mini-dramas; even the filter doesn't appeal to me. I'm really disappointed because this drama was one of the most anticipated of the year. I hope it improves as the episodes go on. The drama's production is far inferior to what the actors deserve. The story, for now, is okay.

For those who are going to play or watch, there are two stories: the main one with her as the empress, and the second part with her romance with Li Tai. They are great stories; finish both, they are worth it. What a wonderful work!
