Go watch it. Worth your time. Technically happy ending. Just watch it.

Noooo! I have exams and deadlines but I can't get this series out of my mind! It's a happy ending. But there is a lingering melancholy at the same time. I can't fathom why the overall rating is only 8.6. Did I watch the same series with all the people who gave a rating?

I don't know how many times I will rewatch this series. I hope they will release the parts they edit out. I'm hoping a new series from this same production. I love the cinematography and the OST. I hope the main actors work together again.
And justice for Xu Wenshu and QingTian love that's never been.
I can't express how much I love this series.

I'm with you on this. Friendship that questions friend's decision but still support it. They would be a great couple. Platonic or romantic.

Xiao Fan, if you learn to hate Bei Luqing, I'm shipping you with Zhiqin. Loving the frienship, though I hoped it was addressed that bullying for whatever reason is not to be accepted. Anyway from bully to ride-or-die vibe. Keep that frienship.
Good friend award also goes to Bei Luqin's friend. He accepted that his friend is into Xiao Fan and rolls with it.
Public enemy number 1 goes to Xiao Fan's brother. Just combust already.
And that damn porridge get center stage until the very end.
Setting aside Xiao Fan's devotion to Luqing, good character development for him.

From what I can, the photos on the wall are of QingTian and his ex who was comatosed and died. QingTian was in a documentary about the mountains and tea, so they saw QingTian in that.

Leave my poor Qing Tian alone, let him rest. That guy egging the parents is the worst. Also, what on earth do you mean Qing Tian seduced your son. Woman, I know your grieving but be for real. Geez.

This series is challenging me to understand it without exactly telling things. From what I gather from what is shown, I believe this is not suicide.

Is this based on a novel? Are there novel readers? Enlighten me on what fuckery ep13 is.

Oh, the photo with Wen Xu is for Chang Yang's benefit. He wanted to use the photo to let Chang Yang think that QL and WX got together during their time away from each other. QL instructed the sister to send it to Chanyang. That's why in the end of ep 11 CY told QL "You lying ghost. Do you think I'd believe it just because you took a photo with my brother?"

1. He probably wants to sleep but it is too bright.
2. They don't know that the sister is a shipper, QL even thought that the sister can't accept that CY is in a relationship with a guy, see ep10. Hope this helps.

Edit: I didn't read the q2 properly, I thought the pic of QL and CY that led to the leak. The pic with Wen Xu is in preparation of them breaking up. QL later instructed the sister to send thr pic to CY.

It ia too early for domestic bliss. We know all know what's coming. On a different note, why is Tin so pretty without even trying.

They change some storylines from the manhwa but it is still acceptable and the whole story did not change much. I like the chracterization of the MC in the manhwa better.

In the manhwa, the dirty old geezer died. Not in a torturous way, though. Jay is neutral evil in the manhwa.

Don't skip scenes. There are nuances that will make you appreciate the dynamics of the characters. Even in ep3 when QL sprained his ankle, the big bros dynamic is revealed. When QL sprained his ankle, QT informed Wen Xu, then Wen Xu called QL. When QT left the room to let them talk, QL said to Wen Xu "He left, I'm hanging up." Stands to reason that QL is only talking to Wen Xu for QT's benefit. Also in ep8 QL texted Wen Xu "Take good care of my brother!" They are a bit subtle but looking at the whole context of the storyline and nuance of how the characters interact, it is clear that Wen Xu likes or at the very least cares for QT and QL knows about it. And the smoking gun is the whole "I acted for you, now you act for me" bit between QL and Wen Xu. Not to mention the ep6, Wen Xu arrange things for QT comatosed boyfriend. If those are not the writer's way of saying Wen Xu's affection is really for QT and not QL, I have to touch grass 'cause I read too much into these scenes.

He likes the younger brother. I think the series is not just showing it on the face but it is not subtle about it either. There are details in QingLiang and Wen Xu's interaction that shows QL knows that Wen Xu likes QingTian.

No. From what I gathered from the context clues of the series. Wen Xu likes Qing Tian. Qian Lan even said to Wen Xu in ep10 "I've acted with you so many times, now act with me for once." There are many other details pertaining to Wen Xu liking QT and QL knows it even as early as ep3. Currently in ep11 Wen Xu still does not openly pursue QT, I guess this is because of QT past relationship.

The yearner Xu brothers for the win. I'm rooting for you, Xu Wen Shu.

You got two interesting stories in one series.

This series is yet to be completed but I am already rewatching the previous episodes. This series has me on a chokehold. Such good production. Enjoying it immensely.
