Hi, I’m Safiya.
SOOO, I started watching dramas back in 2019 when I was 14.
My first drama was Dragon Day, You’re Dead, which I randomly found on YouTube. Before that, I was mostly into Marvel and Hollywood superhero movies that used to air on TV.
After that, I watched Mischievous Kiss: Love in Tokyo, and that’s when I really got into dramas. My K-drama journey started with What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim, and I think my first C-drama was Love O2O.
Now I watch a bit of everything — K-dramas, C-dramas, J-dramas, and Thai dramas. I’ve tried Turkish dramas too, but they’re just way too long for me. And somehow, I haven’t watched Hollywood stuff in like 5 years now.
I mostly enjoy rom-coms, thrillers, wuxia, school dramas, action, and slice of life — basically anything that keeps me interested. Black cat × golden retriever dynamics (my weakness).
⭐ My Rating System
0–3.0 | Total Skip: Genuinely questioning why this was made. I feel robbed of my time.
4.0–5.5 | Mediocre: Mildly dislikeable. I maybe enjoyed about 15% of the experience.
6.0–7.5 | Enjoyable but Flawed: I liked it while watching, though a few plot holes and dull moments held it back. Good, but not great.
8.0–8.5 | High Tier: I really enjoyed the ride! Solid in almost every way, just didn’t emotionally stay.
9.0–10 | Soul Tier: Absolute love. It made me feel everything. One of those rare dramas that actually stays with you.
📝 Reviews:
I mostly write reviews when a drama really annoyed me. If I’m writing… just know it got to me <3
