In today's episode 18 , looks like jealousy and insecurity will get the best of Luke—an insecurity that stems, I think, from seeing Flora happy with her roommate, walking the dog (which I feel represents their closeness/unity), and realizing how independent she is and that she never really needed him like that, something that has already happened twice. Obviously, she isn't doing anything wrong, and she will realize that in the end, which is why the proposal to make it official comes up—something logical since they've been together for over 5 years. To top it off, before that proposal, he's going to be shaken by the arrival of his ex and the uncomfortable situation of seeing him take care of her while she's drunk. The helplessness and jealousy will cause him to relapse in the progress he's been making and react poorly, which is definitely wrong. Obviously, based on the spoilers and previews on Weibo, I know he will get down on one knee, ask her if she wants or has planned a life with him, and they'll take the trip... I'm so excited for the upcoming episodes to see how they handle all this! I just hope they don't leave everything for the final episode. What do you guys think? C:
I swear to God, if they pull the stupid move of a last-minute reconciliation...... 😤😤😤 They have everything to finish this drama in a good way, even to make him change
a saw a spoiler that shes gonna a read a letter looks like this is after Sun Yuan Zhu you know.... but also said that he was secret in love with Shang Zhi Tao for many years that happen also in the novel?
So I saw spoilers on Weibo and I’d like to share my thoughts on this.
I noticed that the separation and problems will start from a lack of communication in the beginning. The male lead sees her hugging her friend-(who she was comforting because of his mother's death-)and he never dares to ask her about their relationship. Then, when she finally brings up making their relationship official, he tells her it will never happen. That seems foolish to me, but I guess it's because of his pride?
Especially considering everything that happens to her and her friend later on.
I don't know how it is in the book, but here in the drama, he seems like a good guy-or at least it shows that he cares about her and loves her-so why didn't he want to be with her?
Finally, I love that she's brave enough to leave, especially when he took it for granted that she never would.
When you were at your worst and on the verge of dying, he was there for you, believed in you, and supported you. Now he is alone and needs your help, and you just walk away, turning your back on him. All for her to come back or regret it 1 or 2 episodes later, but the damage is already done. What a way to ruin Ting Yun's character.
"we'll face everything together" to "we should get a divorce"-no giving him the benefit of the doubt, assuming he's changed and won't be the same person again. I can't believe these were the same people behind Prision of Beauty. They're having so many issues, why split them up? Is the drama really necessary? That arc is about to end—if anything, they should have done it much earlier so they'd have time to rebuild their characters. but who knows lets see how they handle this last episode
the preview of the cap 32 was very heartbroken i could just see them get in divorce but then in the 33 i saw them talking kind of normally haha this drama is playing with my feelings lol
