Be honest… what’s the drama you’ve rewatched an unhealthy number of times? 😅https://mydramalist.com/discussions/general-asia-forum/146246-what-s-the-one-drama-you-can-t-stop-rewatching
Actually, Bezo’s, Musk, Gate’s, Buffet…etc., all pay the same tax rate of ~15%. The tax they pay is “Capital Gains”, because they derive their “income” from sources that are NOT considered “Earned Income”. Every one that has “income” from that source pays the same percentage, whether it is $100.00 or $100 Million. The varied rate is based on “Earned” income through a salary, hourly wage, contract…etc. and goes from. 0% to (iirc) 49% depending on the amount earned. “Capital Gains” are derived from stock dividends, investment profits, sale of real estate…etc. That is because the money used to received Capital Gains has ALREADY been taxed at the Earned Income rate. So in actuality it is being taxed twice; once when earned and again when returned as investment proceeds. IMO…any money you invest that is earned through work, and is received from those investments should NOT be taxed.
