So, this is what drives me crazy with all these drama tentative release dates. I have noticed that it takes roughly on average 9-10 months after filming has wrapped for a drama to air. So unfortunately it’s way too early to release in November cause filming ended in April 2026. Plus it never got its distribution license yet. So my guess this will officially release probably February or March. That’s just my assumption with the patterns and trends I have seen. 😭

The most beautiful farewell for Ren Susu 😭 this is by far WCR most demanding role emotionally and physically, and it shows! While the OE is sad, the essence of it was meaningful and vital for susu’s character growth. WCR explains her journey beautifully and of course she only knows her character more than any of us❤️🩹
I’m loving the second season, the stakes have never been higher! I’m glad they are letting them lose a little bit because it shows they’re not invincible and it makes it a bit more realistic. But, with ep 6, idk, it seems like they’re making Pasin really weak? Like I get their threatening him with his son, but he just seems dragged down than what he was in season 1. I have a gut feeling He will have his redemption and sacrifice himself to save Jian. Minhye is badass as ever! I highly doubt Pasin killed her, that “kill” wasn’t very convincing.
Okay, with the two endings, I think they chose to go with the OE because of the initial backlash they received. So to them I think this was the safest option to choose rather the other. I was caught off guard how it ended because it did seem abrupt and not quite complete. Everything was quite sudden, like it should’ve been maybe an extra 10-15 mins after the warehouse/fireworks scene. I’m glad susu lived but the cost of all those lives……ehhh I was sad when Ms. Ye died. What a Sacrifice, like she was ready to go even though she had a choice to fall back. But Li Bozai PMO with Boss Ha. How cruel he became, he ended up being my least favorite brother, even though he was my fave in the beginning. I am curious what the other ending was, hopefully they release it or explain.
I get what you mean (the tragic story) but as a fan of Mr. Sunshine, I feel hurt by the comparison. HAHAHAH 😂😭
Maybe I am just comparing the time periods? ahah! But don’t worry, I don’t think Overdo can surpass Mr. Sunshine by ANY means! That show is the GOAT in my opinion.
Idk, I’m worried about Min Hye. When she told Jian to not worry about her dying in ep 4, that seems like foreshadowing to me 👀. But I hope she survives!
Oh my gosh! Poor susu! Let’s see, she gets knocked out by mother murong, almost buried alive with Qingyu. Threatened/held at gunpoint by Qingyi, their relationship is severed for good, cabin set on fire with her in it, she gets beaten up saving Qingyi, wakes up but not in hospital, but in some mysterious place, not treated immediately, gets interrogated and threatened by Li Bozai, held again at gunpoint, in severe pain is threatened to talk, passed out again, wakes up in hospital only to be told she is pregnant, has permanent hearing loss from getting beaten, now has to raise a child alone. Like…….what!?! It’s like the writers decided to give her 3 yrs of suffering all within the span of 2 days😫😭😭. My girl needs to heal!!
It sort feels like this drama is reading toward a BE. Reason is because it seems like they keep foreshadowing Susu’s death. She seems to sacrifice herself a lot, put others in front of her, never thinks about herself, like in ep 20, when she’s having the funeral for her adopted father, she talks about never having a happily ever after. So to me, this is foreshadowing of her death 😭. I feel like Qingyi’s death would be wrong because he’s already suffered enough and to have him die will make no sense unless it is a type of sacrifice. But I don’t think they will end up together. It’s gonna be one or the other or both. I’m stressing y’all. I’ve never been this stressed for a drama. But if it ends bad, at least we have POJ/Fireworks of my Heart to rewatch 🤣.
I don’t know about you guys, but those who are watching it and supporting the show. It’s stressing me TF out! Like not in a bad way, I’m just so invested in the story and characters, it’s the first drama where I feel like I am lost as to how this will end. It’s unpredictable, like will only susu or qingyi survive or will both die? Or will they actually get through these tragic times and survive together? Like we have NOOO idea how this will end, and it’s stressing me out. 😭 I want it to end happy, but I’m not sure! Especially with war and what China went through, it was really tragic!
If there are any filler episodes, I hope they are going to be about what susu did during those 3 yrs. It looks like they’re going to finish the huo family conflict in ep 18-19, so I’m not sure how important going back to that time will be? Which is a bummers because I really wanted to see what happened after the train incident.

Jokes aside, this is actually so true.😭
