As I said, I didn’t like it that much but I didn’t dislike it either. This level of persistence from fans really leaves a bitter taste for the drama. Yes, I know. It feels like the characters motives change every episode and they seem like they could betray everyone, only for it to turn out they didn’t. I just lost interest after Wuyi heard he was Ji Ling and the second couple also lowkey got together.

I’ll split it into four parts. The Xiowei arc wasn’t that strong but it still worked as a character introduction. Then came Jie Ling keeping Lu Wuyi in the Dragon Mansion and after that the illusion arc, which was quite interesting. But from there, the drama shifted focus heavily to TJR and JJY and rewind thing happened, along with that new character. I wasn’t a fan of her acting in MJTY either and that’s when I started losing interest. Skipped a lot here. So can't really tell the story.

Honestly I’m familiar with CP culture and I’ve even shipped a few pairs myself but I don’t really understand why people are shipping ZLH and Xiewei in real life when they’ve never even shown that kind of cp interaction off screen. Their few appearances together just feel like normal colleagues
I hope this drama doesn’t end up going through what Perfect Crown is facing. Some fans from the actor’s previous popular drama really don’t let go and try to bring the new project down. Even though Perfect Crown is making a lot of noise everywhere, there are still people on Twitter being oddly bitter about it. And Overdo already seems hated there for reasons I don’t really understand either. I just hope this new drama does well and avoids all that negativity
