Idol I was one of the first idol dramas I watched, so I think it will always have a special place in my heart. Choi Soo Young and Kim Jae Young were both wonderful, and I really felt that they gave everything to their roles. I loved their chemistry and the emotional moments between their characters. I also liked that this wasn't just a simple idol romance. The mix of mystery, law and romance made the story much more interesting, and I enjoyed seeing the person behind the idol image and some of the harder sides of that life. My only complaint is that I wanted more. Twelve episodes felt too short for these characters and their story. I would happily have watched a few more.
