superb plot
The drama had me hooked on from the first episode. One of the dramas in which the plot is well paced, and interesting. I didn't for one episode think that it was redundant and filler episode.
The ending was also satisfying, although a bit rushed, they could have used 2 episodes to show what they did in the last episode.
The only complain I have about this drama is that they under-utilised the character of Fu Yixiao. In the first episode, we start the drama by her entry and I was hooked on. I thought that I am going to get a very strong character of the Red Clad General. But after a few episodes, her character had reduced to someone who was only Feng Suige's love interest.
I would have loved if they showed more development about her past and future, but in the middle episodes we hardly see her character, and whenever we see her, its in the sidelines.
Apart from that the drama was good. A lot of characters were introduced, and most of them play a crucial role for the plot.
