ahh this gives me the same feelings i had when i watched DWY. while the vibe is actually quite different, the innocent love story blooming with no crazy side plot and actors that know how to portray such raw feelings is so beautiful to watch.
i think its also the friendships that are truly built off of love, both dwy and wof make me want to watch for more than just the romantic relationships. i am impressed!!

that totally makes sense! jj and james are different in general so that’s true, the character would also be molded to who they are as actors. i think what made me feel this way is that for me, jj’s interpretation of klao is what drew me to keep watching LUAT so a diff version of klao in any sense would feel strange, but ofc i would never know his interpretation if someone else played it so im sure i would’ve loved it no matter what! i just believe jj made the show for me now that i have watched it and his character is so endearing 🥹
genuinely i mean this with no hate or anything - i just came across the original cover of LUAT with who was originally playing klao and i cannot imagine anyone besides JJ being him!! and i dont mean this in a comparative way, it just genuinely just feels like this role was made for JJ and im so glad he was able to show how talented he is through nakhun and klao. he was able to embody this character with such depth. i really hope the hate towards him will stop, it was never ever justified, and even more so now. netjj are so good together!!

i’ve seen a bit of s1 but mostly just the pondearth part but then i stopped
(not really a spoiler if you know anything abt the shows) for lately its winter season, i dont think its like super important bc the episodes right now are from them in high school, while s1 had them in college. so youre getting context to their friendship you saw in s1, but theyre building up to college im pretty sure. also, in s1 all we saw was one of them crushing on the other, so you didnt miss out on any major relationship stuff BUT it was really cute and the whole reason i continued watching s1 sooo id honestly skip to tigernao scenes (esp with north cause he teases them a lot) just to get some background! but again youd be seeing stuff thats way after whats happening in s2 rn so yeah.. its kind of weirdly laid out, sorry if that made no sense!
i remember watching season 1 and waiting for tigernao story not knowing that it wasn't even part of the show. i actually kept watching with the anticipation of getting the rest of them LOL. im glad we get to see everything before to know their story but omg we have to wait until they go to college for them to actually get together??
