I think it’s the other way around. Why isn’t Toto respecting Kanit’s own decision? He’s not ready to date anyone or be someone’s boyfriend right now, it’s just not the right time for him. He’s still heartbroken from a recent breakup and wants to enjoy being single and casually flirting with new guy at the bar. But Toto doesn’t seem to accept no as a no.
