I somewhat agree, after the pilot trailer I was so excited, heavy theme and it looked that they were going to do it right, but I feel like they teased us with that pilot trailer because the series isn’t giving half of what we saw in that. I mean it’s good but they lightened it up wayyyy too much. and I really wonder why they chose to go I this direction, the pilot trailer was massively popular and people talked about it begging for the series for two year but then as soon as I saw the new trailor I was like “oh no what have they done” ….so sad. I’m still watching and again it’s good, but damn they could have done something epic and just chose not to

it’s definetly good but a lot of us were drawn to it because of the pilot trailor, which was epic so we had high expectations coming in…and for whatever reason they decided to go in a different direction, I still like it and it’s definitely good, it just could have been GREAT so it’s understandable to feel a little let down

I really like this series, the acting is great, the cinematography is stunning but the plot is just so so. I had pretty high expectations coming in because the pilot trailer was phenomenal, but they seem to have pretty much scrapped that and have gone in a different direction. while still good, it wasn’t quite what I was expecting and it seem rushed in some parts. many things could use more explanation and I wish they gave us more from both characters points of view, if the Tanrak actor wasn’t so good at expressing his emotions without dialogue I don’t think we would know this character at all. again it’s good, I reccomend watching it, I’m just a little salty because I thought it would be more like the pilot trailor so my expectations were very high, which is my own fault I guess.
