I love JimmySea in this series. Their chemistry speaks for itself at this point. But the one who deserves the biggest applause from me is Night. Mark Pakin absolutely nailed this role.
And yes... my ghost ship MarkNamtan. They barely had any scenes together, but NightProjai was still so adorable.
Night is such a genuinely kind person. He loves Day so, so much. He's the definition of a green flag. What I love most about this series is that there isn't really a villain. It's just people dealing with life. If anything, life itself is the antagonist.
But seriously, I have so much respect for Night. He had the courage to admit when he was wrong. Even after being ignored by Day for years, he never gave up trying to make things right. He never stopped loving his little brother.
Deep down, he was hurting too. It must've felt like their mom loved Day more, but he never let that turn into jealousy or resentment. He just kept loving Day the way an older brother would. How are you even real, Night...

I don't know, maybe I'm looking at this drama from a different perspective, or is anyone else with me on this? Honestly, I couldn't really enjoy it because I was practically anxious and worried every single episode, though I guess that means the show nailed the 'thriller' part.
Seriously, Jian does NOT deserve such a hard life. Like, what did she even do wrong? People hyping up Jinman loving Jian... well, he obviously should, given that her parents were killed because of her uncle. I felt so bad for Jian every episode, she has it so, so rough. If I were Jian, I wouldn't be able to be half as strong as she is. :(
I'm honestly so confused. That's literally the risk Jinman takes for being a mercenary—like, what did he even expect? He's bound to have tons of enemies and a chaotic life. But what about Jian? She was just a regular 10-year-old kid holding a bunny plushie, living a peaceful life until her uncle showed up. Then both of her parents died, and she spent her life being constantly hunted by her uncle's enemies. It should have been totally fine if Jian didn't know how to fight or didn't understand weapons, because her parents would've been there to protect her. She should have been able to spend her time like a normal teenager, hanging out, eating good food, and going on dates, things like that.

Sorry banget kalo problemnya template dan otu-itu aja, tapi tuh harmless banget menurut gue, kayak solusinya cuma komunikasi dan lu lebih milih matiin anak orang cuma karena ngerasa temen lu pilih kasih.... Beomseok lu tuh sebenernya kasian, gue paham banget, dibully sama temen, punya bapak kyak gitu, tapi sumpah hilang respect lho gue sama lu, kayak lu mikir apa sih???
