jung hae in is a great actor so let's not blame him that the writers and directors give him lame lines and acting parts.. i love a specific kdrama from him and its- love next door. let me tell you it is an amazing rom-com and one of my fav kdramas so would deffo recommend this if you haven't watched it :) if u don't mind can i ask you which dramas of him you didn't like?
