The plot doesn't seem to go anywhere. The daughter gets kidnapped, the father goes looking for her and beats up a bunch of guys, then she gets kidnapped by another group, he goes looking for her again and beats up another bunch of guys, then she gets kidnapped yet again by another group, and her father goes looking for her again. This might work the first two times, but by the third time it gets repetitive and boring. It also doesn't help that the story moves very slowly, especially with all the flashbacks in between. Moreover, there are way too many factions, which makes the story unnecessarily convoluted. Don't get me wrong, though, I like a good revenge story as much as the next guy, but unfortunately, this isn't it. And frankly, this has already been done much better in So Ji Sub's previous work, Mercy for None.
I was initially intrigued by how they were going to handle the soccer player's life now that the CEO is in his body - his career, his recovery after the injury, his relationship with his grandma, and so on - but they barely did anything with it. Instead, they just tried to solve all of his "problems" by throwing money at them, like giving his grandma a better life.
I also don't like how the revenge and all the infighting revolve around constantly pulling even more ridiculous moves than the other side instead of making it a proper battle of wits and cunning.
