after watching the ep previews I have some questions... did he orchestrate the abduction or more likely his fiancée?? and lanxiang will be married in the Lin fam as a wife or a concubine?? what do y'all think
10 episodes? No thanks, too many rushed dramas lately.
there are rumours that those 10 eps are gonna cover the first arc of the novel. I think and hope if the show does well, perhaps they'll make a second season. it's better to put it this way, other than fitting 200+ chapters into 10 ep time frame
I hope fl and ml end up with the side love interests, the attorney and that female coworker. I think it would be a fresh plot line, which I know it's not gonna happen 😂
I can't wait for this one!!! after finishing the novel, and hearing this is gonna be a live action, I was expecting a lot of scenes to be made with CGI or even Ai, not to be filmed in Czech republic or Germany, this has a huge budget!!!
the biggest mistake they ve committed is cutting a big bunch of episodes. the emotional scenes are not as impactful as expected, if there were to be backstories for each character like how hard flora worked on her most important project ( they told us it was very meaningful to her, but to hit harder it would ve been better for us to see and face the "failure", the emotions along with her), also the struggles her friends had to go through... also the suicide part was soooo out of place like a moment ago everyone was flower power, then all of a sudden sadness, depression, I guess they thought -let's add a little bit of... spice! shall we?- don't let me get to the breakup part... the teasers and the beginning of the 1st ep gave me some higher expectations than how they actually displayed everything. the depth of each one's backstory was primordial, and they managed to mess it up😀 at this point it would be been cheaper to just air the show as it was, than paying a crew to cut it in a way that makes sense...kinda...
