i don't think so... it looks like she's drawing a line between work and personal life. flora not wanting special treatment or a shortcut while doing her work is pretty normal for someone who doesn't wanna be dependable. also the note that she left behind after moving back to her place is more like a cold shoulder after hearing that Luke doesn't plan to introduce her to his parents anytime soon

I think they're onto a softer approach than the novel

I find the overall vibe match with love's ambition, but the FL is way more confident

I meaaann.... he could have broken the ice after the mistake incident, and he could've clarified his relationship with that girl. it wouldn't hurt if he could explain some things. on the other side, flora has an inferiority complex, that leads her to other insecurities. all resumes to lack of communication.
she was upset because he didn't comfort her, then the other girl appeared, flowers and rides with Luke. after all this flora receives a bouquet as well- I understand her pov, she looks like a piece lost in the background.
of course she made plans, why would she wait for him??
untill now, not even once did he tell flora a word of reassurance.

I had little to no expectations for this drama, I played it randomly just as a background noise, but it got me hooked in the first seconds ngl. the only thing I hate for the moment is that it's still airing, and I don't have patience to wait until it's completed, so let's see if they're going to mentain this plot pace in the upcoming eps

i understood the situation as her being righteous, and him getting it the wrong way. she made things clear, and he kept pushing and doing shady stuff behind her back- that's the actual problem
