I was a bit sceptical of them doing a season 2, cause I thought storyline has resolved nicely and there I no need for a season 2. But I am pleasantly surprised to say this that, I found season 2 more intriguing than season 1.
Really good, like really good. When I started the show, it felt like okay it's a show, but now its something special. What a show, absolutely amazing. Joseph Chang, salute to you, amazing performance. Everyone did a stellar job. One of my favourite characters is Liao, very interesting choice but I love how his character was very minimalistic, doesn't do too much, didn't make it into a comical, offbeat character but focused a lot on his serious side and something about his character is very well written. They don't explain his character too much, he is just a police officer doing his job, having his own path, and is very much present in the investigation.
Music, just no words, no words. The music that plays when showing the runaways kids invokes a certain emotional feeling, cause the show didn't tap into that very much in season 1. But Season 1 is equally good. I must say, music is a 10/10.
My only disappointment is, the post credit ending. I am not sure about this because this character Chang is someone that can in out of nowhere, and I thought I will get some explanation in the middle as to who he is, what is he planning, who he is against like that. While it started nice as a mystery, I found it quite unnecessary to build an arc around him in the end. Now I am not against season 3, but if that arc is going to be explored. Then I am not sure because the central pillar of this show is Fang Yi Jen's character, now you are going to explore someone else's arc, where now this central character won't have any role to play, apart from investigation or forensic, so he doesn't have a purpose in the show, his daughter and his connection is the main thing in the show, now it doesn't have that anymore because their arc is now resolving slowly. So do we need a season 3? keeping in respect of the show's main angle, I don't think it needs it, but I am always ready for one.
I think any chance for Nk to hunt them down has been erased. That north korean man deleted and erased Kim's details…
that will mess up everything, bro was married, has a child. he lost his wife, but please the love interest is going to dilute his character and the show. just because she is looking after his daughter doesn't mean it has to turn into love.
So Ji Sub is the star of the show, and the bromance between the trio. it is based on a manwha, so people already were looking forward to this. I guess not everybody will like itx some people have different opinions
wonder what's going on your life to hate on him personally. cause i checked the internet, and really nothing is showing of him being in a controversy. i mean it's concerning cause people are gonna have a wrong idea if you just go around throwing words
disappointed with the last episode, I expected to see scenes of park jin cheol, han su hitting the life out ju gang chun, and kim giving the final blow. they had all the time for everything, but not this. i had a very good opinion until now, just because of this episode. it changes a bit. but so Ji Sub, you are the aura man, just amazing. couldn't take my eyes of screen when you are present, and yo kyung ho and choi dae hoon, you guys are phenomenal. everyone did an amazing job. I see chances for season 2, the ending was definitely hinting. and my fellow manwha readers told me the manwha is still going on, so there is scope. this is an amazing drama, I wish the last episode was a lot better
it’s truly pissing me off that we could get a bad ending. another thing that pisses me off is that NO ONE is…
bro seriously doing all that fighting for that good for nothing brat, yep it pisses me off too. like bro somehow involved north korea into this fight just for his daughter. that guy and his daughter needs to get their due, I am already under serious anxiety whether this sneak peek is actually going to happen. they definitely either baited us or we in for something completely different
In "Episode 10: Thank You, Teacher" Did Aum killed her own kid with that pillow? or was it her imagination?
bit late here, yes she killed her child. she was imagining the child still being alive, all those sequences, she was just hallucinating think he is alive. he actually died long time back.
i don't have a good feeling about the last episode, cause that sneak peek was so random, and over the top. there is no way he is dying right. I didn't read the manwha so I don't know, don't want to know now, id rather wait for tmrw. but man, if they are dragging it like this, then both ju gang chun and his brat daughter should get punished for what they did.
