It is not just a romance story but a storyline that involves social issues including human trafficking, child abusing, war and drug abuse. Due to censorship certain details could not be explicitly portrayed in the drama but after watching different analysis, I indeed discover surprises here and there.
The actors' acting skills are amazing, especially the male lead actor Zhang Linghe - each crying scene he is able to deliver different emotions, and the scene between him and his mother fighting over XXXX (unfortunately I could not say it otherwise it's a spoiler) is one of the best acting I have seen from him. That's why despite one or two flaws in AI scenes I still enjoy this drama a lot. And indeed after the first few episodes the photography and editing significantly becomes better.
I do wish there would be more variety of background music options being used in this drama because looping few music over the drama is not the best choice, but maybe it's a budget issue that's why they do not have a lot of music choices. Despite these minor flaws, still a very enjoyable and exciting drama indeed, the storyline definitely surprises me here and there.
