My review for this series is a massive contradiction: honestly, I don't like it... but somehow, I still kind of like the vibe? It’s a complete guilty pleasure. The acting is okay, and the plot twists are decent enough to keep you watching, even if they aren't mind-blowing.
One thing that really throws me off is the sheer number of NC scenes. There are many of them that it frequently stopped feeling like a romance drama and more like I was awkwardly invading the characters' personal privacy. Sometimes, intimacy hits harder when the show actually leaves something to the imagination!
The plot itself leans heavily into those classic, dramatic tropes where characters are constantly playing psychological games with each other. The whole dynamic around the power shifts and hidden intentions—especially once the major secrets start unraveling near the end—keeps you hooked purely out of curiosity, even when the execution gets a bit messy.
Overall, it’s a total mess of a watch, but it has that addictive, trashy energy that makes it hard to completely put down.
