Cringe
Watched this series recently and genuinely don’t understand the obsession with it\.
One of the main characters was painfully cringe to watch\. The series basically has no storyline, and half the time it feels like you’re just watching one of the actors constantly making random noises like a chicken barking\. It stopped being funny very quickly and just became irritating\.
The character is clearly supposed to come across as quirky and lovable, but to me it had the complete opposite effect — forced, creepy and incredibly annoying\. Every exaggerated expression, weird noise and awkward interaction just gave me second\-hand embarrassment\.
There’s barely any plot to keep you invested either, so once the “quirky” behaviour gets old, there really isn’t much left\. I kept waiting for something interesting to actually happen and it just… didn’t\.
Honestly, I’m not sure what there is to be obsessed with\. Maybe I completely missed the appeal, but watching a grown adult behave like a malfunctioning chicken for half the series isn’t exactly my idea of entertainment
