❤️ Great Chemistry, Excellent Acting & So Much Potential — 9/10

I really enjoyed this series. The story is good, the editing is fine, the music fits well, and most importantly, the drama never felt boring.

The chemistry between the leads is AWESOME. ❤️‍🔥 Their interactions felt natural, and that made the whole series much more enjoyable for me.

The acting was also surprisingly excellent, especially considering this is their first work. Shu Yuan is AMAZING! 😭👏 I really want to see him in more projects because he has so much potential.

My only reason for not giving it a full 10/10 is the character development. I feel some characters could have been explored more deeply. With more background, motivations, and emotional development, it feel we might have even more attached and involved with them.

So for me:

⭐ Story: 8.5/10
🎭 Acting: 9.5/10
❤️ Chemistry: 10/10
✂️ Editing: 9/10
🎵 Music: 9/10
😴 Boring factor: Almost none 😂
💫 Overall: 9/10

Seeing BL Actors Outside BL — 9/10

I actually started watching *Leap Day* because of the **leads**. I don't usually watch many mystery series, and I already knew this wasn't a BL. But that was exactly what made me curious — I wanted to see **how these actors would perform outside a BL**.

And honestly, they really did their best. 👏

The story is somewhat **new and different in its own way**, and even though mystery isn't normally my type, the series kept me watching. I thought I might stop after a few episodes, but it wasn't boring at all. Once I started, I genuinely wanted to know what would happen next.

### 🎭 Gun

**Gun was amazing.** For me, he really carried the character extremely well.

It wasn't just about delivering lines — his **execution of the character, expressions and emotions** made the character feel believable. He really led the series with his acting

### ❤️ Pond

I also have to say that **Pond has improved a LOT** compared with his previous work.

What surprised me most was the final episode. He actually **made me cry**. 🥹 That showed me that he can create emotion through his acting even outside the BL genre.

I also liked the way the relationship between Gun and Pond's characters was built. Their connection developed well, and you could feel **affection, care and love** between them. I saw affection and genuine love in the relationship that the story wanted to show.

And that made me appreciate them more as individual actors. They are both BL actors who have their own CPs, but here they showed that they can work together **without depending on BL chemistry**.

That was actually one of the main reasons I enjoyed watching this.

### 😍 Dew

I've seen Dew's previous work, so I already had some idea of him as an actor.

In *Leap Day*, I felt that he was **trying his best to fit the character**. He is honestly very handsome 😭, and I could see the effort he put into the role.

I still have my own thoughts about his acting compared with his previous work, but for this character, I think he genuinely tried his best.

🎭 **Gun:** Amazing — excellent character execution
❤️ **Pond:** Huge improvement; emotional performance
😍 **Dew:** Handsome and genuinely tried his best
📖 **Story:** New/different and interesting
🕵️ **Mystery:** Not my usual genre, but it kept me watching
❤️‍🩹 **Gun & Pond relationship:** Affection and love, but not BL-style romantic desire
😴 **Boring:** Not at all
🥹 **Emotional impact:** Definitely there

⭐ Overall: **9/10**

A Cute, Feel-Good School Romance

I actually started watching My School President because of Gemini's concert 😄, and then I got curious about the series.

And I have to say, Fourth is really cute! ❤️

Coming to the series itself, it's basically a normal school love story where a boy wants to help his crush and slowly gets closer to him. The story isn't extremely complicated, but it works because of the cute moments and the way the relationship develops.

Gemini and Fourth acted really well, and I especially enjoyed their moments together. Their chemistry is sweet and natural, and they make the romantic scenes enjoyable to watch. ❤️

The story is good, the editing is okay, and the music is very well done. The songs fit the school/music atmosphere really nicely.

The remaining cast also did a good job and added to the overall fun of the series.

For me, this is a cool, enjoyable and feel-good series. Nothing overly complicated, but sometimes you don't need a complicated story — a good cute romance that is enjoyable to watch is enough. 😊

❤️ Leads: Gemini Norawit & Fourth Nattawat
😍 Fourth: So cute!
🎭 Acting: Very good
❤️ Chemistry: Cute & enjoyable
📖 Story: Good
✂️ Editing: Good/okay
🎵 Music: Very well done
👥 Supporting cast: Good
✨ Overall feeling: Cool, cute & enjoyable

? Good Acting & Chemistry, But Weak Editing

I finally watched Payback, including the uncut version, and honestly I have mixed feelings about it.

Toptap Jarukit as Jay and Min Thanakorn as Sun were the main reason I stayed invested. I liked their chemistry, and there were moments where I really wanted to see more of their relationship develop. ❤️‍🔥

The overall revenge/entertainment-industry storyline is interesting, and the drama has enough happening to keep you watching. I was genuinely curious about how the story would unfold.

But my biggest problem was the editing and the way the story was developed.

I specifically watched the uncut version because I hoped the additional scenes would make everything feel more complete. Unfortunately, even the uncut version still left me feeling that something was missing. Some parts moved too quickly, while other moments needed more explanation and development.

I also wanted more depth for Sun and Jay. Their chemistry was there, but I felt the drama could have given them more time to develop emotionally and allowed viewers to become more attached to them.

The acting was good, and I enjoyed watching both Toptap and Min. I just felt that the material and the actors had more potential than what the final editing and pacing allowed them to show.

So I don't regret watching Payback, but I finished it thinking:

“This could have been SO much better with better editing, pacing and character development.”

❤️ Leads: Toptap Jarukit (Jay) & Min Thanakorn (Sun)
❤️‍🔥 Chemistry: Good
📖 Story: Interesting concept
🎭 Acting: Good
✂️ Editing: Needed improvement
💞 Relationship development: Wanted more
🎬 Uncut version: Better, but still felt incomplete

Overall: 7.5/10

Not a drama I regret watching, but definitely one where I kept thinking: “This could have been so much better with better editing and more development.”
