I liked it, but it's too bad drinking is so important (in any society). If I were any girl in that house, I would not date the guy who was downright rude to the poor girl who initially asked him out. He could have just treated her as a friend instead of sitting there ignoring her and avoiding eye contact. Just as a person in general that's a red flag on him.
I like it so far (EP 7). It's one of the few Filipino BLs that I haven't quit after an episode or two... but I have a major bone to pick. I stopped watching to come and comment on the convo between Briggs and Tita - about how Louise messing around the night before the wedding is a betrayal/making a fool of Shao - but Shao messing around with Briggs the same night is NOT a betrayal/making a fool of Louise?? Mystified.
Finally ran into some commentary here and on FB that agrees with my assessment: I watched S1 back in March 2023. It was OK, #bright & #win are lovely to look at... but I don't really understand all the hype, and I wanted some skinship to make my feel better about sitting through the whole thing. Bright needs to take a few acting lessons - looks will only take you so far LOL. *** 7/29/23: I haven't yet watched Still 2Gether, but after I re-watch the final episode of S1, I will start in on S2.
