sure he wasn't a emotionless hired gun but he was no less than an antagonist (if 'villain' is too strong of a term for you)

kids' part in story is not itself a problem but its structuring/narration is.

he was the only dynamic element in story so far and got offed in a meh fight

yup. kids are overdone and adults are severely underdone so far

pretty sure the amount is in tens of millions that buddy can't hand out with ease

they got all their kids in one school. that's enough indication for that imo.
still there's plenty of eps left to completely address this.

also Frank's character had a typical background but it feels like story underutilized him

Frank-Ju won fight was okay. it could've been done in a better setting than a brawl in delivery truck imo

electric man story definitely didn't needed that much screentime. Hui soo's story could've been compressed into 1 too.

a hitman tracked 'em down with ease in like a day or two, you think government would find it difficult to do so. think they're all being staked out from a distance.

problem with athlete centered productions in general- majority of time leads don't look like one

hard to fumble a gritty story set in 90s but writer/directors' credits don't inspire much confidence

LAs in general are atrocious outside of maybe 2 or 3 productions. so I don't have any expectations from this one either

4 eps in and everything about FL's arc is generic as hell- from love life to office to friend. more interested to see SFL's growth tbh
