Its production companies are "Beijing Changchang Xinghan" and "Guanghe Yekai", and the director and cast are all from mainland China. Does that mean any mainland Chinese drama that airs in Hong Kong automatically becomes a Hong Kong drama, and one that airs in Taiwan becomes a Taiwanese drama?

The actors spoke Mandarin during filming, but for unknown reasons, the copyright holder decided to fully dub the final version in Cantonese. Only the Cantonese version is available right now.
