Thanks for the thoughtful comment! As for the queerbaiting, I finished the show a while back and didn't write down which scenes/episodes, but a few stuck with me. Right after Dong Man snaps at the director, in what should've been a manly moment that makes Eun A fall for him more, he steps outside and says something like "wow I was cool just now, I would def have s** with myself," so weird and unnecessary imo. Gyeong Se says something almost identical about Dong Man later on, don't remember exactly where, I get a little amnesia after I binge a kdrama and move on to the next lol. Also a lot of "I love his screenplay I could kiss him" type lines throughout. Innuendo and/or rhetorical devices is probably the word for it. I think phrases like that paired with all the bromance skinship tickled my pattern recognition.

I also recognize a few faces from older gay movies I've watched, which is part of why I picked up on it. Idk if the producer's done stuff like that before, but if he did then these kinds of scenes might just his thing. Not saying it as fact, just what it looked like to me. Anyway, I get the autistic read too, came to accept it as just that in the 2nd half of the kdrama because that's how I brought myself to finish it without resenting it.

I clearly said I watched hundreds of queer and BL series and I'm a queer person myself. But if they want to make the character here straight then they should stick to it. If they made him bi, then I wouldn't have an issue with the baiting.

I watched this with full attention, and absorbed word by word. There really is. If you didn't notice it, I'm happy for you.

Also is Jaesok's entire personality to keep Kwangsoo around him in every reality show he hosts to use him as a laughing stock? Kwangsoo has feelings too and I'm sick of how he's always being treated. And don't even try to say he's okay with it, he just tolerates it. Dropped Runningman after ep 600+ because I got sick of how their whole personality is just making fun of Kwangsoo and Sukjin.

This is supposed to be a spinoff of Kian84's Bizzare B&B, yet they budget is 100x better. How would a spinoff have a better budget than the main show is beyond my comprehension. If the budget for Kian84's Bizzare B&B season 2 isn't as good or even better than the spinoff then I'll be pissed.

I started off enjoying the concept of this drama and esp because I like the female lead. Then early in the series, as early as ep 3, I started noticing queerbaiting phrases and scenes. It made me uncomfortable but tried to convince myself its a coincidence. Then the queerbaiting phrases kept swarming in like crazy, all coming from Kyo Hwan or directed around Kyo Hwan from the other guys.

I watched hundreds of queer and BL tv series so its not that I'm homophobic. But if they want to make him a heterosexual guy here, then they should just let him be that. If they want him to be gay, then they should have just made him gay. All those queerbaiting scenes, and I'm supposed to take that he likes Eun A seriously? LMAO. It's just ep 6 so far and I've seen at least 10 queerbaiting scenes and phrases that I stopped counting. It's as if the producer has some kind of a fetish. Sexualizing a story that's supposed to be healing is wild. I feel bad for the actress.

Loved ep 1 - 8 and binge watched them in 24 hours. Then forced myself to watch the rest of the episodes, it became kinda lame after ep 8. Like every kdrama ever. Starts good, and becomes a pain to finish watching.

This was refreshing to watch. Finally a kdrama that combines most of my favorite genres into one and actually does a good job. Most recent kdramas have been disappointing. I laughed so hard every episode, it brought me so much joy ngl LMAO. Binge watched all 8 episodes in 24 hours without even reading the summary first, only to find that now I'm another one of the crowd waiting 5 days for another episode. Like Seo Ri Says, that means I'm a Fan :/

Lmao they dragged it so much as if they knew if they revealed the main suspect earlier then I would drop it. The plot was holding on for dear life till the very last minute. It's probably the first kdrama I finished without dropping this year thanks to them hiding the culprit in plain sight. I can confidently say, I hatingly enjoyed it but glad its over.

His mom that he supposedly loves so much and hates his father for cheating on her which is the reason she attempted to unalive herself before. Meanwhile he's drolling over a "married" woman, trying to get her to cheat. "I'm not a good person" and proceeds to take her hand away from her "husband," am I supposed to call that romantic? What a cringe fest.

Yeah she isn't technically married for real, but he doesn't know that. Trying to get in her pants while believing she's married. And taking her hand away from her "husband" in episode 7 was my last straw. If the message from this story is "like father like son, men are all the same" then good job, I'm out.

Haven't touched my MDL list in more than a year but the cringe from this kdrama ragebaited me into coming here to vent. Wth is wrong with kdramas lately?
